I hope all ISPs do this at once. I mean, hey, the US will be all over it and we all know there's no such thing as "Europe", "Asia" or "Australia". It would be a perfect opportunity to start up a small corporation that offers a "Freedom Flatrate" for way-above-fucking-competition fees that ignores this system. It would be rather helpful if you could show us the exact code you used to make the player change the room. But if I had to guess, I'd say you probably tried to run the room_leave function instead of player.ChangeRoom, or put some non-working code in the room's on_leave section.
