I tidied it up... just for you.

So... I drew this sketch so I could try out a new painting technique.
The sketch was not too good so I guess it reflects on the colours, and even moreso the fact that I forgot to clean the sketch up before applying colours.
The face got most of the work, colour-wise, and I think it shows and I'm quite pleased with it.
Now, problem is, when it comes to everything else in the picture... I'm stumped. No idea what to do, can't even visualise it with more detail to fit the face...
And then comes the hair, another one of my weak points.

Tips, paintovers or general comments would be much appreciated.

And Babelfish is pretty wrong. "Domo arigato" is Japanese for "thank you" or something to that effect. "Mr. roboto" is pretty self explanatory.

I always thought it would be better if we only did one picture at a time...

... The monsters are based on the monsters from the Bone comic books, which started being published in 1991. I'm afraid that any similiarity to Grim Fandango, at least style-wise, is completely incidental.
