I pressed 'I' and 'J' many times and somehow managed to fly.
Then it crashed.

Awesome stuff.

Critics' Lounge / Painting... needs help.

So... I drew this sketch so I could try out a new painting technique.
The sketch was not too good so I guess it reflects on the colours, and even moreso the fact that I forgot to clean the sketch up before applying colours.
The face got most of the work, colour-wise, and I think it shows and I'm quite pleased with it.
Now, problem is, when it comes to everything else in the picture... I'm stumped. No idea what to do, can't even visualise it with more detail to fit the face...
And then comes the hair, another one of my weak points.

Tips, paintovers or general comments would be much appreciated.

Original sized picture (quite large).

Styx - Mr. Roboto.
It's a song.

And Babelfish is pretty wrong. "Domo arigato" is Japanese for "thank you" or something to that effect. "Mr. roboto" is pretty self explanatory.

I always thought it would be better if we only did one picture at a time...

As this is the 10000 topic
But... But...

Deleted topics are not counted there. :P

But ANYWAY. I don't think I've earned anything from AGS in particular.
Through the AGS community, however, I have met some awesome people, participated in some interesting debates and earned a total lack of a real life. :(

Awesome, good job.
I've pretty much managed to pin-point my location down to my street, go Google Maps.

Is that Fatman in the third screenshot? :D
Looking good, keep it up!

Rowling's writing makes me laugh, although I'm sure it's unintentional.

The monsters (sorry, don't know the names) look like something from Grim Fandango. Its marvelous.

... The monsters are based on the monsters from the Bone comic books, which started being published in 1991. I'm afraid that any similiarity to Grim Fandango, at least style-wise, is completely incidental.

Harry Potter is actually our premier of the country The Netherlands, didn't you know?

Haha, get it? He has glasses so he's Harry Potter!
Oh man, that is the best joke I've seen in years.
