Run-Script X

function for that.
Look it up in the manual.

And use it throughout, as it is automatically a global variable.

I think that means "yes".

If you want the game to end immediately after the cutscene ends add

QuitGame(0);

after your cutscene's script.
if you want the quit dialog to appear just exchange that 0 with a 1.
