Naww, did no-one else get stuck on the final part of the game. I'm stumped! (I got the rock from the treasury, but I can't get out the room)

I used the feather to get the glasses if that makes any difference

I read in the completed games section that there is another route to go rather than hide behind the tapestry

Maybe it has something to do with the rug?

I had this problem 1 night, asked the author, they said it worked, so I tried again a day later, it still didn't work, but now I try and it does work.  :

Hi, I recently over the weekend tried to download some games that were hosted at www.mediafire.com, only to find "object not found".

My first reaction was: 'broken link'

But then I have contacted the games authors, and both seem to think there are no troubles with the link. I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble.

The games I were looking at were 'A Simple Fix', and 'Abduction'

Ah I haven't got Kristie for my band yet. I'll try to figure that one out, and let you know what happens  

EDIT: YES! Once Kristie has joined my band, I went to Chapter 2 and can now enter the night club. The mystery is solved 

I think I would have been stuck forever without your help, Tabata, so I much appreciate your help 

Hmm, I don't have any van. I have been taking the tram and then the bus. I just went to talk to Mrs. Irving but nothing happens when I talk to her. I'm guessing that's how you get the keys to the van. The last thing she said was to check back later if there are any jobs.

Also I notice from the screen capture, there is a van parked behind the car. There is no van at the point I am playing at

I just tried playing this game from the beginning, and I am still stuck at this point (post above).

The bouncer says it is too early to enter unless I have a membership pass, and I try to show it to him, but there is just no response at all.

Ahh, hmm, nothing happens when I try that 

Never mind, I'll restore an earlier game and play through to see if the problem goes away. Thanks for letting me know

I'm really enjoying this game,, and I have just found Mr. Black who has given me a pass for Good Times, but I try to show it to the bouncer and nothing happens. I dunno if this is a bug or I'm just being dumb, haven't seen anyone else having trouble 

Hi, I have a gander through this thread to try and help me out, but no such luck. I am in Chapter 1 with various items, but not sure how to fix the broken net, what to use the Dark Song for, or what to combine the Spitoon with. Anyone help?

Ahh! Thank you so much for contacting the maker, I had a feeling something was not quite right! I thought it might just be the game throwing me into the deep end, and then revealing past events later on, but it didn't seem right, and when I got stuck I really thought I would have to give up on the game, and I never give up on a game!

Very stuck in this game. I walk to the cellar near the start of the game, then get locked in and can't get out of there. I feel I need to do the ole put something under the door, poke the key out of the lock, and slide the key under the door and into my possession....but nothing seems to work

On a side note, I have played Trilby's Notes and enjoyed every minute of it. I'm with dkh that it is an awesome game, but not suitable for kids (scared me to kazoom).

Well two nephews of mine were over the moon when I showed them an AGS game. The game was Counterfeit, and it was an adventure where you type what you want to do instead of point and click (is that called parser interface?). Their dad, my brother, was also happy cos they are still learning to read and write.

The game, very enjoyable, is also quite short. Soooo.....does anyone know of a similar game that is fairly easy to play and where you have to type?

Oh yeah, I love playing AGS games! Don't get to play much nowadays, but thanks for everyone who makes a game 

Did I miss something inside the house before I bounced out?

I'm guessing from this line that you do not realize you can bounce back into the house (albeit a lot of bouncing  )

From up the top of the tree, you should be able to jump onto the clouds.

Once your back in the house, I think you should be able to progress with the items you have

On a somewhat similar matter (or maybe not). The links for 'In production' and 'Hints and Tips' go to the old AGS website domain name when you're not on the main page. Just pointing it out, not complaining, no no, I wouldn't do that
