i'm kinda thinking that if he hadn't mentioned that this game will be produced and sold everyone would tell him to release a game first or show some of his own art before asking for help, every other newbie that asks for somebody to their art for them in their first post usually gets flamed and the post deleted, why should this be any different?
this isn't a personal attack, it's a personal opinion, i sure wish i could have asked other people to do parts of my schoolwork for me...

i prefer the low colour one, it looks more real, the high colour one seems a little blurry, as if it's been smudged rather than making use of more colours...

it's working because you have the image cached

ah, you replied with that just before i did...

try http://www.acidfonts.com although i'm not actually sure that's the url, it has thousands of free fonts for download, i managed to exceed the maximum ammount of fonts you can have installed, which is something like 1500, because of that site, so it's a good idea to get a font manager :)

the font you're thinking of is fixedsys, i think, it's the one used by DOS and DOS progs such as EDIT, not many windows apps let you use it though, well paint apps, i know PSP doesn't let you use it, but mspaint does...
if you want to make the font for AGS then get SCI Studio, can't remember the url but it should be easy to find through google, or in one of the other threads about fonts in the tech forums...
hope that helps.

hey hey hey, no need to get arsey, it's that kind of comment that causes arguments, and you wouldn't want that.

raining down on me

the original Sim City game was actually supposed to be a game in which you blew up buildings in a city, but it was discovered that more fun was had actually building the cities...
