i think there's an option to turn images on and off in most browsers, perhaps it somehow got changed...
i usually only get that problem if a site takes ages to load.

if you do that he could say no and be telling the truth, saying no and be lying, say yes because it's him or say yes because he thinks it would be cool to take the credit for it....
try find out who it is and what isp they use, then report them and say they're abusing their connection...

because it's on geocities, you'll have to use anonymizer to show it, for some reason geocities don't allow remote linking, probably because you won't see ad banners or popups...

i don't think that's a real hacker, he can spell and the only numbers he used were in his name...

it kinda looks as if it's being viewed through nightvision goggles, because the only apparent lightsource is the opening but the entire room is bright...
the only real criticism i have is the swirly lines in the wall, they should me more jagged unless it's a smooth damp cave...

one problem i can see with the rules is that most of the ops are idle half the time or actually taking part in the nonsense that's being spoken, i think introducing rules may prevent people from speaking or even joining the channel instead of getting people back to it, and you've always got people wanting to talk nonsense and people that walk to talk seriously, i don't see why the serious people should get it their way...
i know lots of people think it's my fault that the channel is the way it is now, and it that's the case i'll just leave rather than changing the way i behave just to please a few people...

how powerful is your PSU and how many fans do you have in your case?
when i installed a GeForce4 in my pc i only had a 230watt PSU and everything ran like crap, so i got a 450w PSU and everything continued to run like crap but it had more power, but it's a low end GF4 mx440, i didn't notice improvements when i replaced the PSU though, so give it a try if you have a weak one...

you'll have to assure Robb that if he unbans you that you won't come back in and act like you were doing before, ie asking the same question over and over regardless of whether or not you got an answer then acting stupid when you got an answer, the irc channel isn't really for help with using AGS, it's best to ask on these forums as that's what they're here for, or read the help file like was suggested to you.
