Using Arma's clues, I shall narrow it down, and say it is Independence day!
(that is definitely a spaceship in the drawer).

Are they different voice actors than who did the original Sam & Max?

Aside from what people have already said how badly done voice acting REALLY REALLY ruins a game, to make it worse than no voice acting at all, there is also the point where if you're making a remake or a sequel or a reimagining, people probably already have an opinion on how that person would sound in their head, or even if they don't, they have an idea that "This sounds totally wrong", so you'd have to be careful to not ruin that (especially if you are not the original creator of the character).

Talking about puzzles where you have to take out your pen, I actually did that for the journal for about two pages before realising "I can't do this for 34 pages" and leaving it.

Much later I found out that I can click on the letters and the replacement letter shows up underneath  :X

Humble Indie Bundle 3 had Crayon Physics Deluxe, Cogs, VVVVVV, Hammerfight, And Yet It Moves, Steel Storm and Atom Zombie Smasher.

Pity I already got all these bundles, otherwise I might have taken you up on the offer :D.

You should make Creed's name link to his profile, so people know who is who.

..or would that distract from the Big Sheep link?

I agree. There are far too many game related Daves and Gilberts. Someone should design a system

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1787675232/sam-suedetm-in-undercover-exposure
The kickstarter has now been cancelled. I suppose it is kinda sad for them that they only achieved 14k of their 500k goal, and figured it was better to pull the plug from beforehand.
Still, according to them the game hasn't been cancelled, and they'll probably be back. They say they still need funding to complete the project, although I'm not quite sure how funding for them would go on a SECOND kickstarter...

It was a fairly odd and random scene in a fairly odd movie.
