I voted 6 (might've been a bit unfair, since I had foreknowledge of it, but it deserved it!), 8 and 9.
My entry (3) just got 1 vote, and I'd be curious to know who that was :D.

Surely a nutritionist would be involved in more than just whether a food would help you lose weight?
At least he was eating vegetables and vitamin supplements.

Is it Zug's Adventure's on Eco-Island?
Because as far as I know, that is the same game.

If there were an entire series of edutainment games featuring Zug the weird dinosaur, I am going to be hugely disappointed that I didn't know about them!

We've had Eco-Saurus as well (which I'm pretty sure that is)!

At age 11, I tried writing BASIC code I found in a book directly into the DOS prompt. It didn't work, and I was sad.

Less cute, at least to me:

NOTICE:

Although the Steam Summer Sale is quoted as running from "JUNE 19-30", TODAY (SUNDAY THE 29TH) is the last day that sale prices will be available! People have grumbled about this in the past; expecting sale prices to still be running on the 30th, only to find the sale already over.

Don't be a grumbler! Anything you have ear-marked, make sure and buy it today!

...

That is all.
I was wondering why the final votes weren't being possible. Boo!

Shouldn't it be a best-of sale today, then?

Finally bought something after all that ruminating. And it was Prototype for $4.99! I heard it was good, it has no annoying extra DRM issues, and now I still have $7 credit left for something else!
#669
Torchlight 2 is indie! Even with the DRM, it'll show up on Humble eventually! :D

If you say SR4 wasn't so great, I might go with Far Cry 3 instead, but uplay really does worry me :D. Wasn't it exposed that it had some rootkit installed when you installed it?

Anian, I liked Asylum, and some might've considered it short, but City got a bit too spread out and boring for me. And I guess I should look out for Splinter Cell, but I heard the older ones are miles better as a stealth action game than Blacklist and Conviction?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a non-indie game less than 3-4 years old that I should be on the lookout for to spend my $12 steam credit?

I already have played Batman: Arkham Asylum & City, Bioshock Infinite, Borderlands 1 & 2, all the Civs, Dragon Age: Origins, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Dishonoured, Fallout 3 & New Vegas, Just Cause 2, Kingdom's of Amalur: Reckoning, Mass Effect 1 & 3, all 3 Max Paynes, Saints Row 3, Sleeping Dogs, Skyrim, Thief 4 (blekh) and XCOM Enemy Unknown.

I was thinking Far Cry 3, but the uplay worried me. I was also thinking Tomb Raider, but I hear that despite good story and archering, it is quite an on-the-rails lead-by-the-nose experience, which is probably something I'd find intensely annoying. Maybe Saints Row 4? Or does someone have some better options?

*Babar starts up some crazy conspiracy theory about how Ashen disappeared on the Winter Solstice of 2007.

I didn't see much, either, and what I did see missed Arjon's criteria, but what the heck:
What? What is that? Who are you? That isn't 3D!

No idea what happened to him. He was truly a king of the Beginner's Tech forum.

Use the enum eKeySpace.

I've saved up $11.50 in steam credit, so maybe 2-3 old games or indie games, or a relatively newer AAA game (can't think of any that'd interest me, right now, though).

According to steam, I've played 47% of my 370 games there. So I'm ahead of the curve!

...you people! YOU PEOPLE!

You know what so much unnecessary extra time on the toilet means? PILES!
ARE PILES WORTH GOOD TOILET PUZZLES?!

"Zounds!" yelled Xavier. "Who violently up-ended the sideboard?!"

(totally get it if this is a bit too much :cheesy:)

To threaten them, the terrorist throttled two tiny Texans. This triggered three teenage technicians to terminate the threat; They thwarted the terrorist's terrible tenure totally.

If you've done everything you can, just submit it all, and skip all the classes (keeping an eye on when tests and so on show up) and pretend it doesn't exist?
