As you can see, I'm all for.

I just had a very intense match with myself. It ended with Bampton (who the hell is it?) winning 3:1. And why the hell did you choose Hasselbank over so many other players? And just out of curiousty, where are the missing 20 players?
Anyway, a very welcome and interesting experience, which clearly shows your scripting abilities. Rock on. Oh, and please do release the source.

Great idea!

New to the engine but learning quickly!

I have recently found out how much co-writing makes a game better!
and a very special last one:
if (name=="Butcher") {
SetService(Barcik,);
//Put me on the RRDeluxe and Inferno beta testing list!
}
Contact: IM me here, at the IRC channel or mail me at barcik86@yahoo.com
Availabilty: I don't want to talk about general cases here. Give me your details and we shall discuss the matter.

Finished! A good and funny game, with some cracking up one-liners. I enjoyed it a lot. Now, that we've gone through that, I've got only one thing to say:
INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO, INFERNO...

And it crashed for me after the intro too.

YAI!!! ROBERT REDFORD 3!!!
Unfortuantely, I won't download it yet, as I haven't played Robert Redford 2 yet and can't on my XP. So I'll just wait for Robert Redford Deluxe. Speaking of which, when will that happen?

I agree. That was my favourite part of the game.

Quote from: Andail on Thu 02/01/2003 18:51:06I think Lucasart has done marvellous games, but I consider it a bit strange how some people can prefer comical games exclusively...that would be like only watching comedies on TV ...I absolutely need some kind of seriousity once in a while.

Quote from: Timosity on Thu 02/01/2003 09:28:34I think you can die in MI2 when you are hanging in the jail cell with wally, if you take too long you die, but I can't remeber what happens next, I think you probably get to play from the start of the scene again

Yeah, that's what happens.

I'd say the big difference is in atmosphere and style, but it is really hard for me to put in words. I think you'll have to play both companies' games to know what I am talking about.

I'm a rock guy, though what I am really into is metal (preferably trash metal) and not the sissy stuff which is on MTV. Nothing beats a song with good guitar-bashin music. So my favourties are : Metallica (!), Nirvana, Iron Maiden, Nevermore, Iced Earth, Rammstein (some of it), Nightwish and other various stuff.

You just don't seem to understand. This is not some extra plot. Almost the entire game is original stuff.

Mine and Farlander's first game - yai! Anyway, there it is, my first ever game and my MAGS title contender.

I would have done it better, but just as DuzzI have went short on time. Anyway, I'm away from tomorrow till the 31st, and I'll see your feedback upon my return. Oh, and I'm enrolling this game for the AGS Short Game Award (unless you think I have a chance of winning anything else).

Enjoy!

Argh, it's good. It's going to be heard to beat that. And I just loooooooooved that end!

I probably used random wrongly. Let me give you an example: When you need to find Possum's basket and it suddenly appeard in on of rooms, and youv'e got no idea in which. I don't like stuff like this.

I have finally finished this game. I have to say: I am very very impressed. This is truly an AGS masterpiece (can Mr. Genius figure that little hint out?). The effort which has went into the game is clearly seen. Every sprite in the game is carefully polished.
 Now I didn't like the first KQ1VGA. I never played the original, but I guess this was due to a rather uninteresting adventure game. I understood the 2nd was even worse. And you come up with a game I like a lot. So, it doesn't take a genius (again) to find out that you have done something very good with the game designing as well.
  Mostly, I liked what you did with the feeling of the game and the atmosphere. This was one of the things I disliked in KQ1. You seemed to fix it perfectly here.The third part was wonderful and enjoyable. It didn't follow the usual KQ (according to other feedbacks and KQ1) and this is what made it so good in my eyes.
  Nevertheless, this game is flawed. Most of the major flaws are still due to the Sierra old-oldskool (IMO). I am talking about stuff like wondering around in immense woods, random things happening, walking dead (where is that one walking dead, I wonder?), too fairy taly. Also, there were some puzzles with not enough hints.
  If this game had been original, it probably would have passed Chrille's P:DA in my best AGS games list. But as it isn't, it'll have to do with second place. You know, I am really hoping to see you make some original stuff (your'e talent in that field is clearly seen). Erpy, can you tell why you don't?

Anyway, very good game! Very professional looking! Good job!

Ok, that's getting out of proportions. Moderators, ban him, lock the thread, format your c: drive, do whatever is needed.
