Wild guess, Krull? It looks pretty bad, whatever it is!

That looks like an aged Tilda Swinton. Sooo, The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button?

Well, that looks like Matthew Modine, so even though I don't remember that scene I'll take your avatar as an extra clue and guess FULL...METAL...JACKET.

It looks like Arnie fighting terrorists. Is it a True Lies game?

Adeel, anyone posting in that thread for the next 80 days or so is hurting the ENTIRE community and would probably be forced to leave in a cloud of Yahtzee-style infamy.

Challenge accepted. ;)

In ten years time, newcomers will be annoying the forum regulars by posting "What did Adeel do so wrong that you all hate him and he had to leave?" threads...

Is it possible that all the answers will be chemical element symbols? Al for aluminium, K for potassium? And so the final step will be naming the chemical compund they form?

Well done Gribbler and Surplusguy, they were the right answers!

The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift?

This could be the right answer, but it didn't come with answers to the two mini-challenges so I can't yet confirm.

There is indeed a stronger (and quite obvious) link! I've updated my post above with my next picture (cleverly, another shot of a car - I should write questions for University Challenge!) along with some mini-challenges...

A young Lucas Black, not in American Gothic or X Files: Fight The Future? Plus he's sitting with Dwight Yoakem? Well then, it must be one of my favourites too - Sling Blade! I had a massive poster for that up in my room at university, which I must have got from a cinema or something.

Oh, and Gribbler, that's not the tie between Rush and Grand Theft Auto. SO, can anyone get that link, plus the picture below AND the link between it and the previous one (ie Sling Blade)?

This might be a bit too tough at first, but bear in mind there's a strong tie to the previous film:

I'll post another one soon if no one can get it!

That's Chris Hemsworth in a film that isn't Marvel or Cabin In The Woods, so I'm going for Rush.

Does Residual not work for you, Myinah? Worked a treat for me.

As for an HD remake, a fan project is ongoing but currently stalled, waiting for more artists to contribute: http://grimfandangodeluxe.blogspot.co.uk

How about... say, a serial killer obsessed with adventure genre? He would probably dress up as Zombie Pirate LeChuck or Purple Tentacle for his murders, like in Dario Argento's movies. Or, he would place his victims in rooms modeled after adventure game locations (like Edison family motel from DOTT or Mystery Vortex from Sam & Max) and give them puzzles, Saw-style. You could play as a detective or as a victim trying to escape.

We had a very early idea for "Ben There, Dan That!" where a serial killer was leaving his victims in the position of the Lucasarts logo!

Did someone do a cryptic answer or something, because it's definitely not coming up.
