Grand Theft Auto: Nintendo Edition?

It is this, essentially: a GTA 4 mod that someone did. In the last two pages we'd had as many 'looks like another game but is actually Mario Odyssey' turns, so I thought I'd flip it. It's -a your go, Lorenzo!
