Hmm... I think "Layout" or possibly just "Style" would be reasonable words to use. I'd probably favour "Layout" myself.

Haha I've only played Mario Kart Wii and the version that came out on GBA. Don't remember the stare being quite so intense (but thought he looked similar before throwing the javelin in M&S at the Olympics!
