Congrats Ghost, Baron and Selmiak.
Congrats even to those outside the top three though - really terrific set of entries. :)

My idea wasn't as good as it seemed at first glance, so I terminated the project and had a beef sandwich instead. :-[

But did you do this during night-time?  If so I think it may still count.

Trying to think of RPGs around that time... with 7 characters?!?  Nope, coming up with a big fat zero I'm afraid.

Was it something I said?

Yes :P - I think it was when you said "There are four flies on a door, which one is; a)wet b)sick c)sticky d)angry." - and no-one had any idea about what the answer was!!

Um... maybe a small hint?  Dunno if it's "too Anglo"; I'm English but that's not helping with working it out.

Just remembered one that looks very cool and is an adventure game - it's on IndieGoGo.  Well okay it's sort of an adventure game.  It describes itself as "A sci-fi noir, a mystery, a first person puzzle game", but it looks like it has a lot in common with first-person advenure games.

Anyway it does look extremely cool. 8-)

Some cool Kickstarters that have caught my eye recently:

Novus Aeterno - MMORTS - looks pretty amazing
Interstellaria - open world, very retro
Sentris - interesting looking music game - FUNDED
Prime Alien Watch Squad - turn based casual strategy game, promising complex strategy on later levels despite an extremely simple gameplay mechanic
Quest for GridIron - sport, puzzle and RPG rolled into one (IndieGoGo]
The Girl and the Robot - adventure, you have to control a girl and a robot to solve puzzles together
Obuction - Mystalike - I'm not a fan of this sort of game myself but if you are, you're pretty sure to enjoy this - FUNDED

Ah, Daley Thompson's Decathlon on the Speccy, The Games: Summer Edition on the ST... the joystick mashers were great. (laugh)

Looks nice, but... based on the Case File 1 screenshot, I hope you're going to get this thing properly proof-read.  Sorry, I don't want to be negative about what looks like a really good game, but... are not is, too not to, responsible not responsable!  (Unless of course it's all deliberate for some reason?)

I'm not entirely clear on what you're asking here - are you suggesting a community-based project?  A game template of sorts?
