At the moment I've made a simple game featuring King Kong walking up and down Omaha Beach.

Now that's an idea that has definite potential!!

I have no programming skills whatsoever so this is simply an idea, I couldn't even guess at how to implement it...

What if you have a background screen bigger then the visible screen, and on each step you execute a command to change the viewport to simulate a screen shake?

I'd love it it this was from an adventure game version of Pinky and the Brain, but I don't think there's ever been one!  (There SHOULD be...)

Okay, to keep things going here are a couple I found... (debatable as to whether 1 and 2 are really riddles, but I'll try to find better ones later!)

1/ Why was Karl Marx buried at Highgate Cemetery in London?
2/ What odd number becomes even when beheaded?
3/ "At night they come without being fetched,

I would think that would have to be ten?

Ryan and I are still neck and neck!  The tension is getting unbearable...

That would be the most incredible thing ever!

Actually thinking about it, why has no one tried to make a Knightmare Adventure Game? Or if they have why have I never heard of it!

I seem to remember back in the Speccy days there was an isometric arcade puzzler along the lines of Batman / Head Over Heels.  That was a looooooooooong time ago though.

On a more serious note... is Boris coming?

I hope they're going for more something along the lines of their true adventure games such as Sam and Max or Tales of Monkey Island... but without the awful movement interface of the latter.  I'll be interested to see what you think of this one.

I'm pretty interested in this Ryan Timothy - CaptainD battle.  Ryan was dominating early (4-1, if memory serves), but the Cap'n has stormed back big-time!  Who will win this see-saw of democracy?!?  My nails are chewed up to the knuckles!  And there's like two days still left in voting!  Martha, where's my heart meds?!?
