mbday630 - Could you start a post on this in the Hints and Tips section?  As this thread could easily get bogged down with requests for help etc and it's not really the right place for it.  Thanks.  (I'll check for that post and give you a pointer there!  ;))

Is CD looking for possible artists too?

Not right now - we had a good applicant but if things don't work out we might still need someone.

I can't remember the air element right now, but for the pixie dust...

Spoiler
Does the pixie move location when one of your characters goes near her?  Notice that when you're gone she goes comes back down to where she was before... maybe you could do something to that area in order to keep some of the pixie dust...

As far as I remember, when you have the complete costume, you use it on the door before you go in to see the fat guy.

Congrats on the release!  This looks really great.

Just wanted to stop by to say that this game is looking really good.  Although you might have to watch out that Apple don't sue you for using their crop circle design!  :P

I've added a poll to the dev blog to see if people thought that puzzle was too difficult - head over to http://www.captaindisasterthecomputergame.com/ and cast your vote now!

(We'll put an extra hint in the full game if people thought it was too hard.)

General Discussion / Re: Star Wars: Detours

I agree with Joseph, I've liked a lot of the Star Wars releases since 1983 - although I have to admit that of what I haven't liked, I've really detested some of it (Phantom Menace, that appalling Clone Wars movie) - but the games, especially the ones already mentions, have mostly been very good.

Anyway... I thought SW: Detours looked funny... maybe that says more about me than Star Wars merchandising?!?!  :-\

It would be cool to see Mysterious Island style inventory management in an AGS game!  Just please don't make the puzzles so preposterously difficult as in the Mysterious Island games or Journey to the Moon (much as I love those games, the difficulty level was very steep... well, at least to me!)

Daniel - Hmm... that could be a fake Game Over screen for JoI?!  (laugh)

I found this completely by chance, now I'm definitely going to look out for it - has the potential to be hilarious!  It's an animated parody of... well, you know what of... and from the clips released so far it looks very funny.  Definitely seems worth keeping an eye out for!

So since we have Dave G already, can we get Ron G to attend too? :D

Just so long as we don't have Ali G...

Love is this Bolt Action. It is this Resonance you feel. Like this Journey to Hell that leaves you Barely Floating.

Hey Jaffles!  Very glad to hear you're enjoying it - if many more people have trouble finding the ring we may have to add another hint about it...

Also, the first review of the demo has appeared!

Glad you're enjoying it - I won't spoil it for you by giving you a hint!  (wrong)  I'm sure you'll figure it out soon enough.

I've added an overview of the demo in 13 screenshots to the dev blog if anyone's interested...

I plan to do a free release of Indiana Rodent, and possibly a sequel too.

Indiana Rodent and the Temple of Edam?  ;-D
