Enjoying Barely Floating, a bit stuck on it at the moment - love the fact that you can use hotspots in the room as topics in conversations.

Completed: Patchwork... enjoyable though very easy but wow, the graphics are some of the best I've ever seen in an AGS game.

Thumbs up to 2D!  I hope they follow through on that.

I also hope they don't force another love interest into the fifth game.  The ending will hopefully be less nonsensical than the third and fourth games too!

If they can do something like the first game, great.  If they can do something like the second game, absolutely fantastic.

Please, just no crate puzzles! ANYTHING BUT CRATE PUZZLES.

I heard it was subtitled "George, Nico and the Never-Ending Crate Puzzle" featuring 64,000 levels of procedurally-generated crate puzzling goodness.  With a smattering of storyline every 2,000 levels.  :P

I gave it a mention on 2 of my blogs, neither of which have been picked up for just the search term "Summerbatch" (with "Summerbatch PC adventure games I found them though).

The end of an era...

Congrats on your biggest and best release!  (Well I presume it's your best, I haven't played it yet, but I enjoyed the remastered cases 1 and 2, you say 8 is longer...)

:-D

I can see this being an interesting idea particularly for playing a game that involves time travel.  Typically you change modes within the same game, but this way you could have the same locations available in 2 time zones open simultaneously.

Well...

It's going to take a little time...

Where are the dancing mini-game screenshots you promised?!?!  I demand to see the dancing mini-game in action!  :P

I think a perfect example of the RIGHT voices are TellTale's Sam & Max - all the voices are great, but the lead duo are absolutely perfect.

On the other hand, the English versions of Secret Files had some pretty bad voice acting.

Ceville had some really fun voice work.

I love the idea of playing the role of an inept stormtrooper!  Sounds like it should be a lot of fun.

What Jaffles said, really.  It can make or break a game (but if you at least have the option to turn voices off, I guess that kind of solves the problem).

A weird addendum to this is in something like The Silver Lining - on the whole I enjoyed the voice acting, but the narrator voice drove me round the bend.  Fortunately by episode 2 you had the option to turn that off if you wanted.

Well I'm not much of an expert on these things, but the shadows on that do look far more consistent as coming from a single light source.  The only think that looks a bit wrong to me is that seemingly small light source lighting all the way down the corridor.

< 10% of game play...
It will be one hell of a long journey...

A 5-year mission, perhaps?  (Or even a continuing one...) :P

The third pic in your first post reminds of me Endor... really nice work.  I guess I'll have to get round to playing the first game sometime!

By the way, is there a way to remove item from STM? Since I am that kind of player that always looks to break the game, I put five light bulbs there and now I don't know what to do with them :D

You can just replace items in your STM with something else.  You really don't need 5 light bulbs!  (wrong)
