Well, by now you should know the year the show started, where it was filmed and that it's a "cop show"...  ;) And that the episode features snakes. Probably my favorite of the episodes too...  :-D

Edit: It's now Google/duckduckgo searchable, if you can just use write all the clues in a nice "makes sense sentence"...

I meant that Bonnie&Clide had nothing to do with the show I posted... Not that it had nothing in common with Top of the lake.  ;)
And yes, you are right about location but not the show I'm after, yet. But at least now you have 4 actors in common... one is an extra that has actually been in this one episode and 18 more...  ;-D

After a snake bite, our cops day is still going down the hill... but at least he's in hospital now... and some faces for you.  :)


Is everyone else watching from the side lines?  ???

Now you not only you moved very far away, there are also no actors sharing the same show... and the show isn't about bad guys, even though it needs them to function.  ;)

Why don't you just make the cage+bars an object with alpha transparency instead of making it part of the BG? Seems like a simpler solution to me.

I think you need to upgrade to the newest Beta.
Old versions have a acsprset.spr limit size of 2Gb. Or you need to use a workaround with external graphic files.

Maybe the "friend" committed some horrible crime... rape or even murder of someone close to him, in an act of rage he went and killed the friend... only to find later that the accusations were unfounded and his friend was innocent. In an act of despair for his actions, that don't come with an undo button, he then commits suicide?

Well, you can create a bool variable for each clue... like hasVerbalClue1...
Default it to false, and once you have gotten the first clue, you set it to true. After that you can just check if hasVerbalClue1 is true and give the clue again...

You can assign a sprite via code to an object, so you can change the image when the player gets the item and then turn it visible, wait a bit and turn the object off again.
However, this would mean you would need one object per room assign to do this. So better solution would be to either use a dynamic sprite (their scary at start, but once you try them, you'll notice they're actually easy to use and fun  (nod) ). Or use a GUI with a button to display the image. You can then change the image on the GUI, show the gui, wait a while then turn it off again. You can also animate the button image if you like.  ;)
