LOL (laugh) Thanks, although am going for something less "earth bound" though. Just haven't got there yet.
Been playing a bit with lighting, but something is seriously off, since I end up with huge amount of light, when I just wanted a scarce dim window lighting... but the light I put in a window is enough the light the entire building across the street... 8-0 But I'm sure that eventually I'll find the "lighting scale" and be able to scale it down to a more realistic amount. Think I'll go back to working on model detail and return to lighting later on.

EDIT: Solved the water mystery at least! Probably also the lighting... I just remembered I hadn't set the units when I started the drawings... it was assuming I was using millimeters, but I use meters... so adjusting that and adding a degree more of quality to the render (take 5 minutes longer), and now I have water that does look like water! I'm a happy camper! :-D I really should go back to modeling some more, but I really wish to play with textures a bit more...

Thanks CW, then it's a shame the game I wish to play is made with 3.3.2.0... (laugh)

Sorry if this has been posted/asked before, but am wondering if it's possible to "downgrade" and AGS game, using the filters?
We have a lot of x2 to increase the size, but no /2 or /3 filters to downgrade size. :-\

Let's say I have a 800x600 or higher res, but I wish to run it in a window at 640x400... would this be possible in the future? or am stuck with the minimum res the game provides and can only increase it?

Okay, here's my WIP after 2 hours work. :)
I know, doesn't look that impressive, and I only threw in a few textures to be able to get an idea of how things are progressing, but I'm hoping I'll end up with something decent when I'm done...
the water is looking very weird, but then again it's the first time I try doing water.  :-[
Might have to try 3DSMax for the final picture render, but this is enough for now.

EDIT: New version, with improved water and texturing.

EDIT 2: A little new updated version, added a few details here and there and a dome for atmosphere (and cause I have yet to figure out how to change the sky in AutoCad, if at all possible)...

EDIT 3: Here's an interesting (fail) attempt... (laugh)

Wow! Congrats on the release! :)
Downloading now! Looking forward to try it!

I'm still in for this one, but am staring over.
I was experimenting with Blender, but my skills there are just not where I can get something useful out of it. I'm now moving to "sure" ground and AutoCad my BG. :) At least I know what and how to to do stuff there, so there's a chance I can get something decent out of it, that I can later on use in my own game. I'll post my Blender file also later on, just for reference where I was going with it.

Looks and sounds great! (nod)

I never ever cared much for action-adventure games, so this does not make me think "need to have! need to play!"... Will wait and see, but am not holding my breath in the hopes that it's the type of game I wish to play.

I think that the lack of ceiling here isn't in your best interest. The lamp looks like a ceiling lamp, but seem to be placed on the wall above the door, but that would be weird since it's sticking into the doorway.

I suggest you add a ceiling, even if you don't use it in the end BG, but would help you out figure exactly where the lamp is, what shape it has and where it casts light to.
Also remember that it also needs to cast light into the floor.

Oh well, I cast my towel in the ring and give up on making some decent hair, my skills are just not there, yet.
So here, I present:

Wanted: Kelly Scarf Face
Crimes: Everything that isn't lawful...

I would say that if you want critics, then you should post it on the critics lounge. ;)
You can always post your WIP here if you wish to show it, and update it later on.

yup, I agree with Mandle... and to add to the difficulty my son turned the power off yesterday and I lost a big part of what I had... staring over.. guess I'm good stuck on that. (laugh)
