The secret is that Guybrush lost his parents in an amusement park and the whole game is seen through his imagination's eye.

Hence the anachronisms etc. The tunnels under the islands are maintenance tunnels.

This is the way i saw it, but Ron is always so vague.

It's Indy kicking the german mechanics nazi ass, but you'd be stupid not to see that. I drew Indy for good measure, i think he looks lovely and manly.

She's pretty good in Taken (the series) and does a good job in Push.

Kids around here aren't smart, they punch moving cars and scream at police.

I've never used any RPG maker, i just figured that most RON games are puzzle based so if you want to hit a larger audience i'd include some item based puzzles. I think it would work, just some friendly advice.

Sounds fun! Who cares if this works or not, i like freaking myself out.

If you're doing an RPG make sure you include some challenging puzzles and lots of dialog. Then i will be more inclined to play it :)

You know, if I gave a rat's ass about comics, that would probably be big news. I suppose Disney will be pretty darn mighty in parts of the entertainment sector now, though.
Well, disney now controls everything marvel EXCEPT for the comics.
I lost intrest in comics about a year ago but I lost interst in marvel and dc before that.

I was under the impression that Marvel Enterprise covers the comic and the movie rights?

Oh and i can't wait to see Beauty and The Beast!  :P

http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2009/aug/31/disney-marvel-buy-out

'The Walt Disney empire is to buy the superheroes stable Marvel Entertainment for $4bn (£2.5bn) in a star-studded Hollywood deal that unites family names such as Mickey Mouse with lucrative characters including Spider-Man, the Incredible Hulk and the X-Men.'

Gutted!

Not too shabby Cam.

I agree, weird seeing as the Scumm interface pretty much forces it.

You need to take advantage of the background colour, ditch those outlines and use the black for the letters. Maybe add some small drops of ink around the writing as well.

I like it non-squished, feels more cinematic.
