Ok, so there are at least two of us who need to get to Milan early on the 7th. Maybe it wouldn't be so expensive if there are enough of us to share a cab from the villa to Arezzo in the morning?

I'd prefer to catch a train that leaves for Milan from Arezzo around 7.30 am. There's another leaving at 9 am, but that option only leaves me three hours to get to Bergamo airport once I reach Milan. It should be enough as long as the bus to Bergamo airport leaves more often than once every hour. I'd rather be safe than sorry, hence catching the one at 7.30.

In that case I might as well just buy the ticket down on location. If there's a risk of tickets selling out on the way back I should probably get one because I need to be in Bergamo airport at 13.45 on the 7th. Any estimates as to when I need to leave in the morning to get there on time? The Arezzo - Milan route takes three hours and I think they leave every hour or so. The bus from Milan to Bergamo takes an hour.

Urgh. I guess I should book my hotel for Milan and the train down to Arezzo before this trip turns out really expensive. Anyone else spending a night in Milan before the 31st? Anyone else leaving for Milan very early on the 7th?

The airline is Ryanair and the flight numbers are FR4713 (to Milano) and FR4712 (from Milano).

I arrive in Milano (Bergamo) on July 29th at 18:30 and depart on August 7th at 14:45.

So, 80 euro? Ouch! Still cheaper than if I'd flown directly to Firenze though. Bicilotti, is there a schedule for this train somewhere? How many times a day it leaves etc?

It seems there are going to be quite alot of us staying in Milan for at least one night. I guess a hostel would be the cheapest option.

I just booked my flights to Milan, I'll arrive on thursday 29th to see the city before going down to Florence. Havn't looked at places to stay in Milan nor at ways to get to Florence though.

I looked at ryanair's flights some weeks ago and managed to miss both Milano and Pisa (geography lessons anyone?). At first I was going to fly directly to Florence for about 260â,¬ but going to Milano would save me about 200â,¬ in flight costs!

I might arrive a day or so earlier to to spend some time in Milano, but either way I'd be interested in traveling together from Milano.

I found the problem. I'd made a function with a while loop that kept randomizing a value until the function approved it. That's why the game being blocked happened so randomly, since sometimes it would keep randomizing that value so many times that basically became a wait function.

It was a really poorly written temporary function, at least I know what was causing it!

I recently realised that something, somewhere in my game's is blocking the scripts. I would never have noticed this had it not been for the game's GUI. I'm using a gui button to display some animations in the game with dynamic sprites and such and occasionally the GUI greys out as it does when a blocking function is run. These periods are very brief, just a cycle or two it seems.

I could just set the GUI to not change its appearance if the game is blocked. But I don't like using blocking functions and I'd like to get to the bottom of this. I've looked through the script without finding anything that might cause it. There are no wait commands, no blocking move commands and no blocking animations that I could find.

I suspect that the cause might some while statements being tested when there are alot of characters on the screen. It would be really useful if I could trace at what line in which script the game was at while it was being blocked. Is there any way to script a function like this?
