Something caught my eye. It kinda looks like the round temple building is partially inside/behind the wall, but the wall is obviously too short compared to the temple. So I would suggest you either move the wall back a little bit or make the wall bigger.
Other than that everything seems to be coming along nicely. You've got a nice style here. I love the lamps!

For some reason I'm reminded of Deathwatch ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0286306/ ) which also merges war and horror, though instead of hermits they find something more evil.
Anyway as long as you don't go over the line with the subject, you got potential there.

Oh, ok. Nice sprite btw.

I'm no ant expert, but as far as i know, soldier ants don't fly. This comes from my personal unprofessional observation when i was a child, so don't quote me on this ;)

Is it intentional that some edges are awfully sharp and some blurry? It bothers me a bit, but maybe it's just me.

Some reason I can't seem to create layers in photoshop (the picture seems to 'lock' the layer)
Any alternatives to this solution?

Increase color depth maybe.

I'd say the biggest problem on your scetch is the sloppy (and choppy) shape of the letters. For example the lower part of "C" is thinner than the upper part. And I'd also loose the arrow thingies.

I've been on a lot of graffiti competitions (just watching, not competing of course) and I've seen a lot of beautiful pieces, so I like to belive I can tell if it's good or not and I'm sorry to say that compared to those it's not much to look at. For starters I suggest using pen and paper rather than Paint and study the works of masters. I also would suggest watching some movies like "Wildstyle" to understand where it all came from. Without a doubt, it takes years to learn this artform, but I suppose that goes for any art. Sorry if this post came out a bit arrogant, I just couldn't express myself better ;)

Congrats to Geoffkhan. It was a really good competition, had some very cool entries, even some jaw dropping ones.

Thanks for the advice guys, I tried this and that and eventually decided to shorten the torso a bit, though not as much as ProgZmax. Also worked on the shades on the body like big brother suggested.

Thanks again, I guess I'll try to animate it now and see what happens.

Thanks for the suggestion, I moved the legs a bit closer.

Anything else?

This is my first sprite creating attempt and I wanted to be sure it's looking okay before animating it. I'm not much of an artist, so proper shading is quite a headache to me. Any help and/or comments would be appreciated.
It's supposed to be a worm-man kind of person, possibly a main character.

I happened to notice that in the airport after the nazis leave you can still trigger the "being detected" event when you go back to the car, which is kinda silly.

Edit: Nice demo btw. Can't wait for the game. Good luck on it.

Didn't work neither. And it would be kinda uncomfy anyway to put each script line in separate run script, if I was dealing with bigger scripts.
