Misj, have you thought about making this into a real game?

Yoo-hoo! So we'll see the first part after one-two weeks?

Yes, it's a bit slow for the said reason (lack of artists/animators), but we have a finished story draft: http://www.samandmaxfangame.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=displayhread=1

There's already an existing fanproject: http://www.samandmaxfangame.proboards.com/

We need artists and animators.

Ever thought of making a fangame yourself?

I remember playing Piposh Hollywood some years ago; it wasn't a conventional adventure game (it didn't have inventory, it was in real time, etc.), and it definitely isn't one of my favourites, but there was just something interesting about it. Then I discovered it was a part of a larger Israeli franchise, which included four more games (some of which are traditional point & clicks) and an animated series; unfortunately, neither of these were translated to English). Moreover, there is a wiki project and even one planned fangame called Piposh 2.5. However, all of these things seem to be almost unknown outside Israel.

Has anyone here played any of Piposh series? If yes, what are your memories?

Hopefully somebody will rip the sprites from these. Then we can make our own Scooby Doo game!
This would be awesome, but we would still need our own backgrounds. Besides, I think it would be better to rip the sprites from the SEGA game.

And when you mentioned a game with a style "between DOTT and Toonstruck", did you mean this one?  ;)

A quite fascinating online adventure from Cartoonnetwork, which I recently rediscovered after having played it almost 10 years ago:

Enjoy!

The download includes a text file, where everything is explained.
Spoiler
Tom is the Surrealist, and Matzhyoeet is a part of his split personality.

I believe the only drawback of the game was that you didn't include the Surrealist sprite. I really wish we could see what he looks like as the Surrealist (not as his alter-ego, which was discovered in "Surreality").

What can I say, impressive  ;D I see you've done exactly the same as Pendulo Studios: switched to the darker side of genre.

Are there any plans for Bake Sales in the next years?  :=

Thanks, I've already solved the problem  ;D

The DOSBox replies:

"This is the Windows 95 version of the AGS interpreter. An MS DOS version is available on the website: http://adventuregamestudio.co.uk"

I've noticed that some early AGS games (like the old RON titles), which use the SETUP.bat instead of the usual winsetup.exe file run very slowly on my PC (all the animations and music "stutter"). Is there anything I could do about it?

Thanks a lot  ;D

I see that many screenshots from the early 2000's, which were hosted at http://www.2dadventure.com/, are now unavailable. Does anyone know whether they can be restored or not? There used to be tons of cool nostalgic things, like Treasure Thieves or Mount Monkey...
