Al Gurbish, Monkey Island: Carnival of the Damned, Enter The Story, LucasManiac, Search for Sanity demo, Sam & Max: Case Gilbert demo, Mount Monkey demo, P. D. (a really short but veery sweet game by Igor), Akril15's Adventure 1 and 2, Snakes of Avalon, Frantic Franko demo, Dada: Stagnation in Blue, Richard Longhurst... Have I forgotten anything?

By the way, another piece of news: the Toonstruck 2 fanproject has released a PAK extractor, with which you can find some interesting Toonstruck 2 materials  ;D

Gee, thanks   ;D

I'd like to find "Max: The Dark Hero" demo, if someone still has it.

Any plot details available? Will the game include an 8 bit cat in a cherry pop tart leaving a rainbow tail?  ;)

Just completed it. The whole game structure reminded me a little of Laura Bow (those rooms where you can talk to different characters and learn valuable info from them), and I particularly enjoyed the parts with the multiple paths. I hope you'll include more of this in your next project, whether it would be Adventure 3 or an original game.

Hip hip hooray!!!  ;D

Does someone still happen to have the trailer for
Carver Island 3
? I'd love to have a look at it, since I never got the chance.

A little too immoral for me (especially

the part with the baby

); however, I'm totally in love with the opening scene (the one with the ice cream truck). The whole game is somewhat reminiscent of Snakes of Avalon.

And some more news from Trevor Greer who's involved in the project:

Well Ladies and Gentlemen, I have good news for those of you who are looking forward to the re-enhanced version of Toonstruck.
My father and Keith both worked at Virgin (Interactive?) and they are overseeing the project. As well as this, I play a part of this project.
The re-enhanced version is beginning to gain momentum and we are in the process of gathering all the old data from the original source code.
We hope to have stuff for Comicon this July, so check out the PCB Productions booth at the convention!
Answers to some questions:

1. I believe our current goal lies with a handheld version of the game. But, depending on its success, repackaging it back for PC and Mac isn't too far off.

2. What I mean by "Re-enhanced" is that we are taking all the old backgrounds and sound files and upping their resolution to match the ratio of iPad, iPhone etc.

3. We don't have any current plans to send it off for a windows platform at the moment.

4. While it may be going for Apple products, im not sure if we will have it for Android. Time will tell.

5. Once I find out our booth number for Comicon, I will be sure to let you guys know so you can come on by! I will probably be there helping out all (5?) days of the Convention at the booth.

Stefano Gualeni, one of Tony Tough 1-2's creators, is planning to release a new action/puzzle game this summer.

The game, titled "GUA-LE-NI, or The Horrendous Parade", is going to have some innovative features, like using the player's biometric data (although that was previously used in Left 4 Dead and NBA, it will be presented from a new angle).
The game's site:

Bumping for a couple of updates from Keith Arem on the group's wall:

'We're currently working on an enhanced re-release of TS1, but we may add some of the TS2 content if we can afford to do it. We'll likely re-build our fanbase, and then move onto TS2 next.

More to come!'

Hey all -

We're still quite a ways off, but I'm hoping we can make an official announcement by Comic Con or later this summer!

We appreciate your enthusiasm! Keep the dream alive! :-)

So now we finally have a date!

By the way, I think you could've used a real adventure game villain as the bad guy in your game. For example, Conroy Bumpus, Bigwig or detective Ryan O'Riley.

How's success?
#198
That's totally amazing!

 :o Terrific!

I know about your problems with that, but you could recruit somebody. I think a screen or two wouldn't be a trouble.
