To give it publicity, obviously. Why do you announce games here when you've added them to the games page and got your own website? Becasue you want people to use them!

All I'm saying is it seems a little redundant to post all your resource links when you've got webspace. That's why I wondered if there was some other reason why people were posting this kind of stuff directly to the forums.

It's just a simple, polite inquiry, SSH. I don't see what the big deal is in asking it.

As it says when you post:

But I'm not pretending to be a moderator. I was simply curious as to why Minimi posted all his resources onto the forum instead of a link to his website with the same resources. I didn't accuse him of violating forums rules or anything else. I was simply asking a question in order to gain some enlighenment.

As for junc, well, I'm asking the same question now. I'm wondering why all this sudden posting of open sources and resources.

It might not be because of PC stuff, though, Darth. I mean, you'd have to have ESP to read the mind of Hollywood producers.

Perhaps, they are casting Beyonce to be a little diffferent and attract attention so people will go see the movie.

I remember they did that in GoldenEye where they cast Judi Dench as 'M' (in the past was a male role).

I think they do that to be a little different. I mean, people would get bored with the same old interpretation of Superman.

It's like what Delroy Lindo said in Get Shorty: "Where's it say in the script that the man has to be white? Color's what the part needs, man!"
