Nah, I actually dug Velma from Scooby Doo.

Those glasses, man -- whew, I'm sweaty!

A good adventure game must have a little sex in it!
You can't have a "what is the best adventure game" thread without DG putting in some subtle (or not-so-subtle) Season of Sakura reference. Just because he has a sailor-suit fetish...

EDIT:
Oops, please forgive my double post and merge them, if you like

Actually, I was refering to Mosley from GK3!

He has bigger tits than any anime character I've seen!

And on Las' post, he and Gabriel were so lovers.

Grace: Gabriel, where are you going?

Gabriel: I... er... have to stop by Mosley's room to... uh... ask him something.

Grace: Right.

Oh yeah, and Sakura too.

-------------------------

Side note: It's actually a reference to Preston Sturges' film Sullivan's Travels.

Sullivan: I want this picture to be a ... document. I want to hold a mirror up to life. I want this to be a picture of dignity ... a true canvas of the suffering of humanity.
LeBrand: But with a little sex in it.
Sullivan: [reluctantly] But with a little sex in it.

Oh yeah, and Sakura too.  ;D

I am very much the forum's local pervert.

The odd things is all the listed things that gays and lesbians do could also be done by a straight couple.

And boobs -- you need boobs in a good adventure!

Duffman says: "Always remember... put lots of boobs in your games... OH YEAH!!!"

Bah - it doesn't matter if Disney or one of it's other companies release the movie as PG-13 -- It's still Disney and all of it is EVIL.

So says this website:
http://www.capalert.com/sexedabcdisney/dizfactsheet.htm

And here's their Christian review of Pirates of the Caribbean (read it cause it's very unintentially funny):
http://www.capalert.com/capreports/piratesofthecaribbean.htm

I like the fact that the film has "excessive breast exposure, repeatedly" -- I'm so going to see it now just to see some curves!

Side note -- do you REALLY know what homosexuals really do? -- This website knows everything apparently:
http://www.capalert.com/sexedabcdisney/whathomosdo.htm

In fact, from the sounds of it, the CAP website knows more about homosexuality than homosexuals do.

Gay Dude reading article: Whoa! We do that? I got to try that on Steve sometime!

Yes, in hindsight I should have mentioned that Eric's nickname is MrColossal and has a very hot avatar!

What is a Photoshop Phriday?

See this link:
http://www.somethingawful.com/photoshop/

And for other examples, see here:
http://www.worth1000.com/

The two above websites should give a fair idea of what is involved.

Note: Photoshopping isn't drawing a completely new image -- It's editing images to create a new image, such as editing one image or combining several images.

Also, you don't have to specifically use Photoshop -- Paint Shop Pro, MSPaint, or any other programs can be used.

-------------------------------------

What do I have to do?

This week's Photoshop Phriday is this: "Freestyle!!!!"

Last weeks's Photoshop Phriday was a little constrictive (on a count of there being only ONE photograph of Eric's face on this forum).

This week, I provide the antithesis: Freestyle photoshopping!

That's right -- photoshop any zany, wacky, or oddball image that comes to mind.

It can be AGS related or non-AGS related.

Here is your chance to show off your 1337 |>|-|0705|-|0|>
5|<|11z!!!11!!

I think it was this image from Trapazoid that inspired me to do a freestyle!

So fool around and make the most wacked-out image you can!

Although the quantity of pics was small, the Sequel Police managed to find Eric making Mona Lisa smile.

He is now behind bars with a large man named Bubba!  ;D

Thanks to everyone you posted -- you saved history!

Disney also own Touchstone and Miramax -- and at least one of their movies has to be PG.

Trapazoid, you bastard -- that pic made me laugh so hard, tea came out my nose!

I just laugh at the fact that the leader of the bad guys in SPC was a transvestite and the American producers did nothing to hide it.
#2692
I liked He-Man, The Smurfs, Scooby Doo, and Samurai Pizza Cats!

Okay, end of that.

From now on if you have a problem with another user, either speak to them directly or speak to CJ.

If you take out the double line-breaks, it still reads like long-winded paragraphs your good-old style, DG, just taking up more space on screen. Ooops... I did a Yufster, there  ::)

It's easier to read with my new way -- Summerising everything I want to say in a paragraph into a single sentence.

EDIT:
Here's a thought.

From now on, if someone has a problem with someone else on this forum, be it new person or old person, send a polite private message to that particular person.

That way we keep lines of communication open and save the embarrassment of a particular user.

There is no need to make public announcements like this to plea for a person to post less -- tell them how you feel directly.

That's what part of being a community is all about.

Now, I'm going to leave this thread open until Yufster has her say (as it's only fair) and then I'm locking it -- There's no need for it.

But from now on I urge more communication between individuals -- it's more respectful that way.

I sure hope this isn't another case of 'oldies vs newbies'.

To be honest, i don't have any issues with the stuff she posts here.

Though, the excessive swearing is a bit much -- even for my ears.

As for hard-to-read posts, I'm buggered with long-winded paragraphs.

That's why these days I write simple sentances instead of long essays.

It make it easier for people to read.

* DGMacphee sees everyone scratch their heads going "Oh! So that's why his writing style changed!"

I think C-lek, Dark-Stalkey and myself are no way near several second from locking this post if it gets out of hand.

QuoteI think it's really sad that so many people on these forums are 'blasé' and don't believe in anything but themselves.

That not true.

I can believe in many things other than myself.

I believe in family.

I believe in my friends.

I especially believe in my girlfriend and everything she's achieved.

But I don't feel a need to get misty-eyed when the fireworks shoot off on Australia Day.

And, though I feel regret, I don't feel an overwhelming sensation to kick some terrorist ass when other Australians get hurt in a bombing, such as the one in Bali.

It would only matter personally if someone I knew was involved.

And even then, I wouldn't go out for revenge.

I'd face my sadness and carry on.

My life is too short to be worried about 'enemies'.

You may think that's nuts -- but then again, to each their own.

But I believe in other things besides myself.

And I think a lot of other people here do to.

In reality Ops are given to users with an established track record in contribution to the community.

New people are very unlikely to get Ops in the first few weeks here.

Don't take it personally, Yufster -- It's just something that established users have in case something goes wrong in the channel (such as spambots, annoying CS players, etc)

There was something I was going to write here, but I don't feel the need to now.

Besides, we're really just going around in circles and repeating ourselves.

I'll probably never be able to get the answer to the question I'm asking here.

It's probably too difficult a question to ask.
