- Answer: (in case you give up)
Spoiler
Use the sandwich book with the Highwaywoman's sandwich.

OK, just tried that (over and over again, actually =_=), but it doesn't seem to work...  ???
Whenever I try, the highwaywoman gives me that "Is it edible" line and I can't find anyway to use it directly on the sandwich.

Am I just stupid or missing out something   ???

What you can do, is press search on top (between help and profile) and type in apprentice,Ã,  this way you will get some hints and tips from other players who have played this game.

That's what I did, but the only hints I found were on things I already figured out myself.
Oh, I did get to know how the bonus puzzle can be solved... But that's not really what I was looking for.  :P

Hints & Tips / Apprentice Please Help!

Hi to all!

I'm seriously stuck in "Apprentice" and just don't know what to do.
I've searched the forum, but most commonly the link to the walkthrough is given, which doesn't work.  >:(

I currently have the scroll, the sandwich book, the blanket, the plant id book, the bucket of milk and the coffee grinder (cleaned). I also put the stool under the saddle.

But I have no idea what's next.  :-\

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Compared to his head, both his hands and feet look really small. I think you should make those bigger.

I really like it. Aazor is an adorable character!  ;D
I also found the music from the intro very fitting. It's timing is great.

Keep it going, I'm really looking forward for the 2nd part!  :)

Looks great, I think! Ã, :)
The part where she's going to take off her tee could use one or two more in-betweens though. It would make it look way smoother.

Okay, guess I'll introduce myself too after having lurked for quite a while now.
Name's Dennis, 24 years old and I'm from Germany.
So if my English ever screws up (which is, um, very likelyÃ,  Ã, ::)), well, that's my excuse!Ã,  ;D

Well, I'm a passionate adventure gamer and I found this page already some times ago, visiting it regularly for about 2 years, I think, now. I have started reading the forum only a while ago, though (relatively speaking, anyway).

Oh well, I've been playing adventure-games since I was a small kid (back in the days of Atari XL and co), as a matter of fact, I was kind of learning English with the help of Sierra's adventures.

Finding AGS was like a dream-come true actually, as I always dreamt of creating my own adventure game. I'm currently working on a title, but in a quite startling on- and off-mode, so it's not likely I'll be posting anything in the "Announcement"-forum soon. ^^;;
But, you know, miracles could happen one day!Ã,  ;D

Err, OK, I've written enough rubbish now, I think! ^^;
Just wanted to say 'Hello' to everybody!Ã,  ;D
