Great idea, i'd be careful, EA are probably hawking and drafting this up as we speak :)

By petty i mean big Brother's comments on the design, where it clearly says in my post it was a quick mock up.

As for selling, i'm not starting an emporium and opening chain stores, all im suggesting is to put together some designs for tshirts for people within this forum, nothing more. I dont want to make money from lucasArts, i just want some cool tshirts.

So you'd be selling T-shirts with art you don't hold the copyright for?

That sounds...interesting.

If you actually manage to license Lucasarts material, I think your current design needs some major work.

*sigh*

I would write a lengthy respose but i can't even be bothered with petty arguments, i have a stepmum who's much better at those than you are.

Sounds very broken sword-ish, the american, german bad guy and french girl called nicole all ring bells ;) lol.

Firstly stu sorry for stealing any attention from your post, i think your shirts a really nice design, very retro!

On the subject, this reminded me that im looking at the possibility of making some lucas style shirts, with 'scroll backgrounds' on them. It's something i thought of awhile back but sort of forgot about. here's a quick mock up to show what i mean:

If i could generate interest i'd look into doing them in different sizes and colours using topman (UK) plain tshirts. Theres plenty of scope in them for other designs, Sam n Max, COMI, DOTT, IJ:FOA etc.

it had some sniff pad with it that had different smells lol, i used to have it but i lost it in a house fireÃ,  :(
House fire?
And you are sad about losing the sniff pad?

yeah i lost a lot of stuff, there was a gass expolion in my house so i had to jump out of the window, not great fun. 7 months of living in hotels and rented houses whilst ours was rebuilt = not nice.

The title will COME LAST once you have a working story and puzzles. Than you can have some inspiration to go off of.

very good point.

99 pounds is like, 200 us dollars, right?

I purchased the rare enhanced multi-language CD audio version of Monkey Island 1 with the Monkey Island 2 Interface a while ago, and that was not as expensive!

its not in the vicinty of 200 dollars, when has the exchange rate ever been oveer $2 to £1? Besides, stuff like this is what are student loans are for  ;D

nice paintover andail.  :)

I think one of the things i'd do is lose the gradiesnts all together. If you'd done a background consisting solely of gradients then this would have been fine, but to dance between paint and gradients just looks messy in my opinion. It's a nice BG though, i like the composition in particular.

lol call me crazy, but i just bought it, ive spoken to a few people who think a sealed copy could be worth quite a lot more...

;D

I also think the light would have some sort of colour upon entry due to the stain glass, although ive never really studied the stuff so i could be wrong.

no, mi2 is worth more than £100 to me ;)
im sure a 'normal' copy could be aquirred for about £2 somewhere.

i can see.....a padlock....it's...coming this way.

I always think scenes like this could benifite greatly from a photoshop paintover once the rendering is finished, could add some 'human' touches to what can sometimes appear sterile and lifeless renders (these dont look that way btw.)

What's the point in keeping it sealed? The best thing you can do with MI2 is play it :D

or keep it sealed and sell it for £100? ;)

Woodruff is probably the weakest CVision sierra adventure game. Gobliiiins is probably still the strongest. It's interesting to me that nobody has done an ags game in the vein of the goblins so far.

I thought 'Two Of A Kind' seemed similar to Gobliins 2 in the respect of teamwork etc.
