thanks again for the feedback, i too prefer the original, as the newer screen looks oversaturated.

There's a 'making of' feature of Broken Sword 1 in this month's EDGE magazine, an interesting read...

you could search for the game you played in the 'completed games' section of this forum, and post a comment there.

Ok thanx anyway! :D

remove the red outlining on the forground objects and change it to a grey colour, add some stars too, and remove the lighter coloured 'scratches' on the inside of the 'dock'(?)

the shadowing on the top 'fin' needs to be reversed, the shadow should be on the inside.

:-\ Ehhhhhhhhhhh

Might wanna make the name with more "pizazz"

lol
it looks ok

Nope, sorry the name is final, it does the job. Id rather spend time on the game than thinking of poetic deep and meaningful names.

he needs to make an action stance when he fires, perhaps he should take half a step back, as if to brace for the backfire of the pistol. Its pretty cool apart from that.

ok i got my tablet this evening so after a quick mess around i went about starting my first BG. There is more to the image i just dont want to show it all (i shouldnt really show this at all but its no real suprise that this will feature in the game, given my last art post.)

Quite happy with it, i love the wacom already, it really does speed the process up. Ã, ;D

That tree reminds me of the Weeping Willow in King's Quest 5.
But the weeping willow was sooo saaad.... :'(

DC, maybe it would look better to have the face more incorporated with the bark of the tree. Just my idea though, it looks great as it is. I would love to see the "pixelified" version of this

Thanks for the comment, unfortunately the style of it ties in with some detail in the game, so 'm not going to be able to change the look. Think of the circular area as fresh wood cut from the bark.

The tree will be appearing in the game, so you will see a pixelfied version.

:)

It all looks so great! I wish I could do something nearly as good!Ã,  :-\

Hey man don't put yourself down, you created a fantasic game (i'm still playing it  ;D) All i've shown so far is art, we've still got a way to go for the finished item.
