The Rumpus Room / Re: *Guess the Movie Title*

I've never watched Train to Busan, but as soon as I saw a train and an asian woman, and considering it's nearly Halloween, I figured it was a reasonable guess. It turns out I was right.

I'll post something a bit later. I need time to think of something. :-\

Thanks Peder! :-D

Why do all of the "Where's [name]" threads, turn into this?

Funnily enough, using room scale will actually force you to get your perspective spot-on, because if it isn't, you'll really notice when you configure room scale!
This is probably the only reason why I don't use room scale.
I'm a terrible artist. (laugh)

Multiple cameras could be used for minimaps. Other than this I don't see much use for multiple cameras.
I can. Finally we can make a splitscreen adventure game! :-D

And yes, I have always wanted to do that.

Looks like someone got Tatooine from Star Wars, and threw a bunch of snow over it.
So I'm going to guess... Blade Runner?

I can't see the pic, but if I quote you I can see the game name in the URL!
Is it Elvira II The Jaws of Cerberus? (laugh)
You might want to pick another game Mandle.

Now where was I in my offtopic rant... :-\

Ooh, sounds useful.
With something like that, it should be possible to make some really cinematic looking games.

Such a good game.
Indeed.
Having played it recently, it reminded me of the time when games all tried to have as few GUI elements as possible in an effort to be GUIless.
What happened? Most games nowadays have a ridiculous amount of GUI elements littering every free spot on the screen.

I find the best to be Malwarebytes. I've never had a problem with it, which is more than I can say for everything else.
The free version is usually good enough to keep you your system. Especially if you have an adblocker installed. And the paid version adds an extra (but rather unneeded) layer of protection.

Awesome! Another update!

I'm still looking forward to this. :-D
This is definitely a game I'm going to play when it's released.

Does looking at random objects and saying "Nice!" count?
Yes... yes it does. Even I do that one.

I try to squeeze in “You crack me up little buddy” whenever I can.
Same here. Unfortunately that's not many places you can use that one. :~(

You could easily have several games in one, if you built the basic framework in the right way.

It's like playing spot-the-difference with these group hug pictures. (laugh)

Well I would definitely play it. It certainly sounds like the type of game I would enjoy, that's for sure.

Anyway, this thread is a good idea, we could collect games that fit the halloween theme, like Stupot's Halloween Watchlist.
Does a "game that's so bad, it'll make you have nightmares from how terrible it was, even though it had no horror elements" count?
If so, I might be able to contribute to that list. (laugh)

Kastchey sure knows how to give a good hug. Although I guess those vines do help.
