No, but apart from that being an American series, it's a little closer, I guess.

Well it did get one British season (of four episodes) before being cancelled and redone as an American series for two seasons.
So it seemed like a good fit.

For what? I beat The Chrysalis in short time without hints. A so short game don't need a video-walkthrough.

Negative. Jupiter Hadley (for example) makes a point of playing pretty much everything she can get her hands on and plays a lot of jam games (which are always going to be short). She doesn't get nearly as many views at she deserves but 5000 subscribers isn't to be sniffed at.

Sounds like an awesome person. I'm going to have to check out her channel.

I thought Sanctuary was a terrible show, and yet I still watched every episode.
The things that annoyed me the most was that they called the monsters "Abnormals" despite the show claiming that they were natural and normal. Maybe it's just me but calling them "Abnormals" is worse than simply calling them monsters. But the thing that annoyed me more than anything else, was how the Cabal (I think that's how you write their name), which were hyped up to be a big evil organisation and the main villain for season 1, were completely destroyed off screen, early on in the next season.
The show definitely got better as the seasons went by, but I have no idea why I kept watching it.

I'm not sure what show to put up, so I'll just choose something that I'm currently watching, and see if anyone can guess it.

Could you clarify this rule?
It sounds like we're allowed to colour in the outlines, but at the same time it's also against the rules to colour them in.

What I see is WEG and Daedalic as the like big 2 at the moment and everyone else is sort of doing one-offs and the more persistent devs who are releasing more often than not are not really breaking through exposure wise, possibly due to full bottle theory, possibly due to other things (making games like Space Quest 3 remake).

And what you've just described is the Adventure gaming scene back in the 90s as well, where the big 2 ones were Sierra and LucasArts, and almost everyone else were simply doing one-offs, with exposure for all of those games not really breaking through (after all it seems to me as though the only games people ever mention nowadays are either Monkey Island or Day of the Tentacle).

But I agree with almost everything you said in your post. I just wanted to point that out.
