Which means you could avoid it by just not selling to any other EU country. Which if you think about it, is quite ironic.
As a side note, here in the UK as of Jan 2015 it became mandatory to pay VAT on any digital item sold

I must say Tabby: Very clever of you to use the in-game cursor to point out where the cup is in the picture. Saves some time drawing a circle around it or whatever, and also doesn't mar the artwork.
