If you like the "nose lady" then wait till you see... ah I can't really tell you, but you'll love the character, I promise ;)
Let me guess, she sneezes. (laugh)

And you're right! Your turn. :D
How did you know? Did you manage to decipher one of those blurred out texts, or have you actually played the game?

So who was the victim and murderer on Selmiak's picture?

Looking much better. :-D

The backview doesn't seem much different to me though, and personally, I think his neck is a little short. But then again, I'm no expert on anatomy (quite the opposite actually).

Honestly, you could leave him as it, and he'd make a great character I think.

Nope not Treasure Island.

EDIT: Here's another screenshot to help move things along.

If you can make out the blurred bits, you could probably find out the name of the game easily.

Considering it takes place before A New Hope, then it's probably the original Death Star.

So yes... they're still doing the Death Star thing.

Because I couldn't guess any of the Spectrum games and also because there's a Spectrum game I wanted to put up here at the time everyone was posting Spectrum games, I'm going to continue with the Spectrum theme.

I've cropped a bit from the top, and a fair amount from the bottom, because they give the title away.
In my next screenshot, I'll probably just blur those parts that give the title away.

Huh, I never would have guessed that this was an Amiga game (I love that machine). I personally thought it was a Mega Drive game.

Hmm, is it Whale's Voyage?

...OH, and a proof read because I know the game needs but if push comes to shove I'll just do it by myself if I can't find someone to lend me a hand there.
I don't mind helping with the proofreading. :)

By the way, the art is looking great. :-D

Ah, so this is that fishing game you were talking about.

I was personally hoping for a little more comedy in it, but that's probably because I find fishing to be a boring hobby. :-D
It looks great though.

Just to add my two cents: having Avast installed is worse than having an actual virus.

True, but Norton is even worse.

Wow, that's actually quite interesting (and somewhat fun to play).
Now if only they also did recreations of other old non-digital arcade games.

Is it Star Control?
Or perhaps Starflight?
#3574
Wow Mandle... that is... disturbing.
And I thought I had a disturbing mind.

Overall though, I like it, simply because of how disturbing it is.

You could always go into the actual game folder and delete the file __Plugin100.ash manually.

Elite 2?
Although I don't think that was ever released for the Spectrum.

Are you counting every word and sentence that appears both forwards and backwards if you remove all spaces?
#3578
I might do this. I've got a nice idea in my head which I'd love to draw.
It's just too bad I'm terrible at backgrounds. Still, it's worth a shot. :-D

Ooh, those are some nice fonts, and I love the interesting take on how to use the outline font feature in a unique way. There's definitely not enough fonts out there which do that.
