Well, presuming I'm right, that means it's my turn. :-D

This should (hopefully) be an easy one.

Ooh, very impressive.
I can only imagine how beautiful the whole game will look, if everything is animated as good as that.

Wow, that's fun to use! :-D

With no idea what to make, I decided to try my best to recreate myself, and created this.
Which is probably what I would look like if I was an action hero. (In other words, it's nothing like me.)
It's still really great though! :-D

There's a reason we think like this. It makes it easier on us

You make it sound like I actually care about what happened to that little girl. I really don't.
My reasoning for thinking the way I did, was more out of a disconnected sense of reality, where I merely saw a mystery to be solved. Much like on a TV Show.
I really don't care about what happens to other people, so long as it doesn't affect me (either directly or indirectly).
Yeah, I'm selfish. But at least I acknowledge it.

'Most' of the game is supposed to be set at dusk. You're right, I took most of the photographs during daylight but my photoshop skills are limited at best. It's also meant to encourage a dark, moody atmosphere. It's all experience and learning as I go.

Well you've definitely got the dark moody atmosphere down to a T. ;)
Also I want to add that the shots are really lovely. They definitely seem fitting for an adventure game. :)

Ah, the Madeleine McCann case.
I remember when that first came on the news. My first thought was "the parents did it", and my only reason for such a thought, was because they weren't upset. Parents (at least one of them) are always upset years after such a traumatic event. A few days after such an event, you can bet that they'd be crying.

Many years later, I eventually looked into it, and guess what I found. So much damn evidence pointing to them. As a matter of fact, almost everyone in Britain thinks they did it! (Or at least everyone I've ever talked to.)

Still, it's always interesting to hear about it.

It looks nice. :)
But um... why are all the screenshots so dark? Is it supposed to be set at night? Because those photos are clearly taken during the day.

I didn't think the trailer was very good, to tell the truth. The rhythm seemed way off, and the voiceover, music and picture often seemed to clash. I'm not sure whether that's the final voice of Ray or just a temp track, but the actor didn't really sound professional - stumbling over her words and not conveying much in terms of emotion or atmosphere - and the recording quality wasn't great, either. Mind you, it would be difficult to make that whole monologue flow properly: it tried way too hard to cram in too many details without offering a point of entry (i.e. why is she telling us this?).

Also, I'm not keen on the post-processing effects on the pixel art (I noticed heat shimmer and "old film" scratches and hair); I hope that's just for the video and not in the game itself. And I can see why: it did feel rather static.

Most of this has more to do with the art of cutting a trailer than with the game itself, which might be great. And for those who haven't followed the development, I can see how the jump in production values from the Kickstarter campaign would be impressive. But the trailer itself is rather unimpressive, IMO.

Having just watched the trailer myself. I agree that it wasn't exactly a great trailer, it was nice, but not great. I'm still very much looking forward to the game though.
And while I wholeheartedly disagree about the post-processing effects on the pixel art (I rather liked those), I must agree with what you said about the voiceover. That voice actor is kind of... underwhelming.

How about the possibility that the guesser might have actually played both of his games?
The possibility that someone played both Ben There, Dan That! & Time Gentlemen, Please!
In this forum!
Nah, impossible. They must have guessed it from the signature. (nod)

All joking aside. Yeah, I know.

this is irrational, that's because it is :-)

Irrational?!? This is downright crazy!
It's either got something to do with the reply number, or it's got something to do with the exact date and time, which you can only see when you quote someone.

And in either case, I have no idea how you're coming up with these numbers. Are you running some sort of algorithm using the individual numbers on the reply number? Are you counting the horizontal and vertical lines on the reply number, and using the result as part of some sort of algorithm? Are you looking up the number of notable events on Wikipedia for the year that corresponds with the reply number?
I have absolutely no idea!

I simply can't figure it out.

Unless of course you're just coming up with random numbers.
Is that the answer? Are you just coming up with random and meaningless numbers?

I found it with a search for"amstrad game london underground" - it's Werewolves Of London!

Yay, someone got it. And someone already got yours as well (it really was a super easy one, since the title is quite literally in your signature).

I'm using version 48.0.2564.116 m.
And I'm definitely getting it. I usually just ignore those types of messages though, mostly because I actually know how they work.
I'm not sure why others aren't getting it though.
