I couldn't solve the problem but Leon emailed me a saved game which was "right" exactly at the point I was. So i could finally open the door and just finished the game.

Rob is the guy in the office? The one who seems to be alcohol-addicted? If yes, yes, I spoke to him and exhausted all topics of conversation.

I also read all the messages in this thread and found out that also other people had the same problem...
Anyway thank you Frodo and Leon for giving me hints, I didn't think I would get any reply. 

Yes. At the door the main character says "I'm looking for LAUREN, she might be in danger", and the guy at the door, after a while, says that I can come in, if it's for his daughter... But no way, I'm trying with foot and hand and doesn't work... 

So I'm stuck...

I got the picture of Lauren, I speak to his father at the bar, he says I can come in. But when I touch the door it tells me there's someone inside, when I walk near it nothing happens, when I try to talk to the guy again it says that the door is unlocked. WHAT TO DO??
