That's exactly what it is!Ã,  I knew you would spot that ;)

Good to see a sequel in the making.

I liked the first one as well.

The screenies look pretty good and the plot sounds involving enough.

Keep it up!

Ummm ... did you read the last post in here?

I'm guessing not.

If this game is still being worked on let me know (PM) and I'll unlock it.
#3985
Yes ... reading the FORUM RULES is important.

When you have actually started the game and have read the rules we can unlock this thread.

Until then ...

Shbaz and Dark - it's a funny story because when I first saw him I jokingly said to my brother, "Hey is that Tuttle?" because I really didn't think it was him.Ã,  He's MUCH smaller than I thought.Ã,  Robb said, "yes it is!" so I went over and said, "Do you mind if I talk to you?"Ã,  He was a little hesitant but was cool.Ã,  I think he was 'acting' like on the show.Ã,  I asked if he minded taking a picture and he was like 'Sure.'.Ã,  He wasn't really friendly, but I didn't expect him to be.Ã,  I asked if they were exhibiting and he said 'no, just looking'.Ã,  That was pretty much it.Ã,  I shook his hand and walked off.

AGA - That little rascal is full of so much piss and vinegar that I found out the only way to calm him down is to 'mother' him.  Grab his scruff like that and he just curls his back legs (and tail) in and chills.  It's the cutest darn thing I've seen in a while!

As some of you may know I spent all of last week in Las Vegas.Ã,  Upon my return I found my new young apprentice in my home ...

I shall train him well.Ã,  (Sara suprised me with a new kitten in case you don't understand my humor)

Also, thought this might be of some interest, I saw this while at SEMA in Vegas ...
(SEMA = Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association and every year they have a HUGE convention in Las Vegas ... kind of like the Autoshow or E3 if you know what those are)

I ran over to see who was there ... CJ?Ã,  Alas, it was a booth for wiring harnesses or some such thing.Ã,  Oh well ...

Then I met this man (some of you may know him):

I thought he was bigger ... I rather towered over him.Ã,  I guess the TV camera does make you look bigger?

While in Las Vegas one must gamble right?Ã,  So I decided to play a little black jack ...

DISCLAIMER: This is actually a photo of my playing black jack with a wax sculpture of Mr. Affleck at Maddam Toussad's wax museum ... man was the place CREEPY!!

While walking out of the convention I stepped out of this guy's way ... then I realized who it was and took a picture.Ã,  I didn't get the pleasure of speaking to him, but oh well.

Anyway, I just thought I'd share some of my week-gone-by with the fine folks of the AGS community!

I hope you have enjoyed it.

Now I must go.Ã,  My new, young, evil, sith kitty apprentice is eating my shoes ...

Stay safe for the next couple of weeks.

I too thought it looked pretty sweet!

As for it not showing much, I believe it's just the teaser trailer, thus is does that perfectly right? ;)

I have been (somewhat) disappointed in the way the first two were trashed by viewers.Ã,  But I would have to agree they weren't as good as they should have been.Ã,  I really like them anyhow ... blind loyalty I guess.

I noticed a few days before I left that the forums were down and I was beginning to panic!!

Then I got on a plane (I am in Las Vegas) and was unable to get online since monday.Ã,  When I finally found a computer here I was relieved to see they were back up.

I would be more than happy to contribute money to help move the forums to a dedicated server.Ã,  And as has been mentioned already it would NOT be in expectation of something, it would more be for feeding my adiction to this place ;)

My blood pressure has now gone back to normal ...

Hey Dan, good to see some more progress on the game!

This is a neat little character. Ã, I might suggest shading under the draw-strings ... a drop shadow type thing. Ã, And maybe shortening the one of the left (his right) a little (that's just nit-picky on my part)

Other than that I have nothing else.

Keep up the good work!

General Discussion / Re: Their first VHS
Mon 25/10/2004 05:08:22
I can honestly say that I haven't bought a VHS tape in almost 8 years!!  Wow, has it been that long?  Jeeze ...

My first VHS, I believe, was Star Wars.

I can't remember if it was the first that I actually got, but it's the first I remember.

I wish I still had it ... by the end of it's life-cycle it was unwatchable.  We (brothers and I) stopped counting after 300+ viewings!  It was a daily ritual to come home from school and watch it 2 times.

Wow! I done good!!

Actually I got the .* like Highwaygal got.

Wildcard ... hmmm.

I've been hearing about these for awhile now too ...

It's being developed (to my understanding) for HD-DVD.Ã,  At least, that's what I've been hearing about it.

The blu-ray DVD players will still play your old DVDs (backwards compatible) but your old DVD player won't play the blu-ray discs.Ã,  (not surprising)

But of course, like most things, there's competing technology with the red laser stuff ... so it'll be a few years before either becomes standard.Ã,  Most probably remember the DVD battle (DivX and all that) from a few years ago.Ã,  And some us can remember the VHS vs. BETA from way back in the day.

It'll be nice to have HD-DVD ... considering I just bought an HDTV ;)

Good to see some Squinky-art again!

I like this a lot.  But, as you mentioned, it could use some definition.  It sort of runs together.

I dig the mixture of the cape (old school clothing) with sunglasses.  It gives it ... I don't know, something, which I like!

Post an update if/when you have it!

I haven't yet, but I plan to.

From what I've seen (previews/trailers) it looks pretty creepy.  And I love creepy movies.

Good to know somebody who laughed at Silence of the Lambs thought it was scary ... that gives me hope!  I haven't been actually scared at a movie in a LONG time!
