Finished most basic stuff.
Have implemented a menu bar when you move the mouse to the top and a search/replace bar when you move it to the bottom. It's called Write Den.

Menu bar disappears when you move the mouse back down, obviously.

Perhaps you could implement error checking for such, try to read a file and if it fails pop up a nice friendly message explaining exactly what to do?

I will buy you an SA account if you can make me a simple text-writing program like Write Room for the Mac.

I can do that!
I don't have a mac or iPhone, so I don't know the precise behavior of it, but I'm assuming a simple completely full-screen text editor, with a drop-down menu at the top when you move your mouse to it with bold/italic/underline/font/save/exit/etc.
It will require the .NET Framework, is that okay?

Playing this now. I'm a bit of a grammar nazi, so the constant 'dont's, 'im's, 'doesnt's, incorrect 'its'/'it's', and bad capitalization are kind of putting me off. Found the lack of music until a certain point quite strange. Seems a nice game otherwise. Will edit with more.

I'm going to vote for Steve, mostly because 3D panoramas are damn complicated things to set up so he was pretty ballsy going for it, and he managed it.

Image File Formats And How They Apply To You
PNG: A very poor file format. Poor compression, limited colours, usually large filesize, will mess up many images. Do not use!
GIF: Better. Perfect colours, supreme compression, and allows cool animation effects (adding a frame that contains an inverted or tinted version of the original and setting it to flick rapidly between them is a great way to show contrast!)
JPEG: An excellent format, especially for small pixel-art images! Even has a built-in anti-aliasing filter!
BMP: One of the best. Most suited to large, detailed images. Use where possible!

There are two main problems with this.
1. No texture.
2. FAR. TOO. BRIGHT. You're not playing hopscotch in the playground! Add shading, add shadows, make it dark!

I fixed it up a little:

Idea - Al_Ninio. I love conspiracy theories!
Technique - Tier. Very peaceful, makes me want to lie on the bank and listen to the rushing water...
Usefulness - abstauber. Particularly good for something along the lines of the end of 5 Days a Stranger.
