just wondering if the sea in the background is going to have any kind of boats or anything whizzing across it?
would be a nice little detail and you could even some how make it funny.

great work can't wait to see more

i like the first one the most and i like the posture it suits him and i think the black out line is good.

im not sure about gradients on the characters and they all lack shading

General Discussion / Re: Americanisation?

I don't like the way that the italian job was re-raleased and the suposed re-release of the great escape from america and the old war movies ie battle of britain i think it was where they make the american the hero when they were nothing to do with it. but that is just money hungry film companies changing history to sell more, and re-releasing classics and put more action in them to sell more.

steal my idea why don't ya' i was gunna do a wester game and now if i post my characters im gunna look like an idiot (or even more so). nah just kinding with you even though i did have a western game in mind and i am in the planning and drawing bit but hey.

i think the mountain path looks as if it is floating and the building lacks depth maybe draw something going on inside, o yeh the door looks as if it is going into the mountain it kinda needs to look like it is going back and it will look more of an outhouse (if that is what it is?) and give the mountains some shading too, i think that will do it

I like the pose, but i can't make out what he is holding im guessing it is a gun of some sort and not sure what the background is but hey..

maybe add some more detail and facial features,

and where is he looking?

it looks great and a good idea.

to make it more cartoonish maybe up the contrast and make the lighting a bit less dramatic, thats all i can think of right now.

hope it helps.

i think the bottom of Remco Bogaard's edit should have a lighter bottom maybe even translucent a bit like stuh's edit.

the fire keeps getting more and more realistic, i think stuh's one looks like a large scale forest fire, the way it is spread out not and looks amazingly cool.

you might want to look at opo tersers edit on his first edit  http://www.agsforums.com/yabb/index.php?topic=13520.0 its a bit down from the top

i think its looks cool, kind of a front on view of gta

only thing i can think of is if you put a stair way going up the side of the taller building maybe even a smashed up car outside of it.

other wise looks cool.

it seems a bit level, maybe adjust hight even more and make it more up and down

and put more flares on it as well

i like that edit, its a good technique to use for fire, saddly i still haven't got psp off OSC yet so i cannot do that :P
