Aw no way :( I was looking forward to having at least one more couple so we could play that Moment of Truth game :/

Too bad though, would have liked to see you all again.

Yeah that is a little gnarly, I tried to put black and brown over places and it would just not go, should plan ahead more  :-\ I hear watercolour crayons work a bit better but they are something like $13 for a pack of 8 at Michael's, where I got this box of 64 crayons for under $3 with a coupon :)

General Discussion / Crayons ^-^

So I bought some crayons on a whim the other day for the first time in forever. I forgot how cool they are after all these years, they are so fun and bright and inexpensive ^_^ I got some 4x6 index cards too and look what I drew already :D

Also when I was crayon shopping, I picked up a bottle of champagne and a hash brown. They are so good.

Don't you just love crayons? =^.^=

No room left for Darren and I if there are nine seats?  ??? We posted interest a few days back. I can't remember seeing a 2007 Mittens-sized bus anywhere in my European travels that was not a coach :P

Regarding Paris, we are up for rendez-vouzing, yes, and will be there from the 12th.
#407
Yeah, now that I think about last summer with the AGS Bus, it didn't work out any cheaper really. I'll keep looking for those â,¬30 fares  :)

Quintaros and I are in the market for getting a ride if there are still possibilities for room. If renting a bigger van is a thought, there would definitely be a market. My Parisian friend found us a site that sells tickets to the nearest stop to the chateau for about â,¬30 one-way, but I have yet to discover these on my own  :-\ I have only been able to find some for about â,¬80, which is roughly equal to one week's budget  :o

It looks like I'll be taking the Eurostar from London to Paris too, though I would be leaving the morning of the 12th to meet Quintaros, so would likely miss you. May fly though, unsure at the moment.

Do you plan to stay the night in London? If so I can recommend some cheap accommodation and perhaps some pointers on getting around and things to see, depending on your interests.

Oh....so this isn't a peeing contest?  ???
#412
Ditto :D Quintaros and I will be shacking up in Montmartre as of the 12th if I recall correctly, and are up for all kinds of shenanigans. One warning though, in Paris if anyone offers you a ride on a centaur, don't believe them. It is just a crappy Seine tour -_-

And they go around rubbing their personal lives in our faces with their kissing in public and their holding hands and ugh I can't go into a straight bar without some heterosexual telling me how much he'd like me to suck him off.

I would just like to add that women are not exempt from this type of behaviour, given the amount of women I see in public walking around in their fuck me pumps. It may be a silent act but in reality is just as loud at being solicited for a sucking off. The funny thing is these women aren't really going anywhere most of the time, just trying to make a statement, much like the gays in radiowaves' local.

...there aren't any men saying to woman in a bar that they should sit on their penis...

There aren't? O_o Maybe men are just a bit more well behaved where you live, because I can't comprehend this.

By the way, is there a "how to get to AGAs house map" available?

AGA's house can only be seen if you look into the sun whilst holding your head at an angle of 37 degrees.

Whilst standing naked in the centre of Cardiff.

Done.

He wants me.

Nah, it sorta looks like you want him, and there is substantial evidence to support this:

I will always treasure one night looking at the stars with Disco during Mittens in Greece discussing time travel :D

Aw  :D I feel quite likewise Tom, but....I thought you were asleep at the time  :-\

I was too self-conscious about my time travel ideas, but wanted to tell someone, and thought I could cheat by telling someone who was sleeping :P. I'm glad it ended up being a poignant event for both though :D

So to the topic, who is our bestest AGS buddy? I sort of agree with Timosity in that the internet is a hard obstacle to work around; there are some friends I've made here who I am almost inseparable with at meets, but seldom speak to otherwise. However, I have made several close friends through the meetups that have translated quite well in extra-AGS situations.

Everyone knows who they are, but if pressed to pick just one friend who makes me grateful everyday to have found the AGS community, it would be Magintz. I PMed Gary after a post he made before Brittens 2005 where he offered to be a tour guide in London, and since I was shortly going there myself decided to contact him. Since then we have developed quite a good friendship and visit, chat, and go in trips together whenever possible :)

You try telling someone you're asexual, that you're just not interested in sex regardless of who it'd be with.
They really can't get their head around that.

Tell me about it. I identify with asexuality out of lack of interest and even somewhat of a distaste for romantic relationships, yet still people continue to tell me it is not possible, or highly unlikely for someone to feel that way. I once had a schoolmate turned coworker ask me outright in response to a chat about asexuality: "Interesting....but, are you sure that you are not just gay but are afraid to admit it to yourself?" :o because I have nothing better to do than go around lying about something that I would have no reason to hide. People are nuts though.

QuoteTo answer Peder and Ben, I can't say anything for certain about the distribution methods of the game, but I definitely would want to sell both a download version and a physical CD version, even if it's only a limited-edition kind of deal.

Cool - as one of those strange people that prefers to own something that takes up shelf space, a cd version would make me just that bit happier :).

Yeah, a disc is nice and all but I don't even want to know about the shipping costs. Vince, don't you live like a third of the Earth in either direction away from the majority of your constituents? :P

Oh, and the game looks and sounds sexy btw :D looking forward.
