That doesn't scare me. The price of filling up my gas tank scares me more.

Just buy a new drive. They are cheap enough now. Buy a DVD-RW, if you have the cash, i believe they are fairly cheap too. My computer already came with one.

edit: even though i have a cd burner and a dvd burner. I still use the dvd burner for both cd's and dvd's. It seems to be more reliable.

You are eventually going to have to switch from Dial-Up to broadband. Things will be so much better once you do. When i had dial-up i wouldn't download anything, but after getting high speed DSL a couple of years ago, i download the biggest files with no problem.

Since Darth is carrying me around in his luggage, I decided to climb out, only to find myself in PUN city. When will we get to Singapore?? I am starting to cramp up in this small suitcase.

Sorry to hear about that Raggit.

I have had my 14 year old cat since i got him when he was a kitten. Back in December the vet found a lump on his tongue that seemed to worry him. He gave me an estimate for removing this lump on his tongue, but i haven't had that kind of money to have the surgery on my little buddy. That has been 4 months since then and i think my cat is getting worse. He is still eating and acting somewhat normal, but he now seems to be bothered by the lump on his tongue. After he eats, he seems to have this weird twitch in his head like something is stuck in his throat.

I have come to realize that my little buddy may not be with me much longer.  I really think this is harder to deal with then the death of my grandma.  Even though now, he is still acting like a normal cat, i have to come to the realization that my time with him may be up. I love my cat to death, and trying to imagine a life without him makes my so upset, that i can't put it into words.

If i can save enough money to get the surgery done, i will. But now i think it may be a little to late. If he dies, it will be my fault.  :'(

I consider my cat my child, and i cannot think of a life without him.

I can afford the surgery, but i keep getting raped by bills and rent. I really have to learn to save money.

Everything here seems to be working great in FF, except i got frisked by a bouncer before entering. 

edit: I have noticed at the bottom of the forums, there is 2 login areas. They both appear in IE and FF.

For me it would be Gold Rush by Sierra. The unique setting of 1848 in America was a change of pace from the Kings Quest fantasy world i was used too. To this day, Gold Rush is still one of my favorite games. Even today, going back and playing Gold Rush brings me back to those days, when people gave up everything they owned to head west in search of fortune.

edit: I would love to see an adventure game fully based in a run down amusement park. I think there may have been one already made, but i'm not sure.

I am not a big fan, but i do like a few songs. The lead singer does have a great voice though.

That looks kind of neat. I do not own a PS3 right now, but depending on how HOME goes, i may take a second look at Sony's latest console. Reminds me of the PC virtual world called THERE, which i used to use a few years ago. Too bad there were to many creeps on THERE.

I will just stick to Xbox Live for the 360 for the moment.
