My favorite game(s) keep changing all of the time because i get bored with games after awhile.  One minute it's one game, the next minute it's another.

But i've gone back to playing GTA:San Andreas.  I bought Resident Evil 4 for the GameCube but got to a point where i figured there was no way i could get by it, so i gave up.  Damn, RE4 is no easy game.

I also want to go back and start playing Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 again.  This is a game i spent alot of time playing when i first got it, but of course got bored.  Then i started playing Mall Tycoon 2 and realized the game isn't much fun and also quit playing.

Let's just say that every game i get is my favorite for awhile until i get sick of it.

So, hopefully i will never have to post in this thread again to tell you which is my favorite game(s).

Have fun in Japan.  After playing Shenmue i have always wanted to visit Japan.  But unfortunately i have a fear of flying, so i guess i'd have to swim there.  :)

After watching Lost In Translation; made my urge to visit Japan even stronger.

Sounds like  you'll have a great time.

Good Luck & Stay Safe.

General Discussion / Re: InC's TC: A tablet

I have a smaller Wacom tablet that i got from a guy at work because he never used it.  It's funny that i rarely use it myself, but i have tested it out and i feel it really does help me when drawing instead of using the mouse.  I think it is a Graphire or something like that.

It is probably 8 inches by 8 inches, i'm not sure.  But it is perfect for sitting on my lap while i doodle in NeoPaint.  What would be the purpose of a larger tablet?  I seriously don't know, but maybe somebody could fill me in.

Once i get used to drawing with it, i know i could create some killer backgrounds.

Damn, i tried 4 of these games and the level of quality just boggles my mind.  They look so professional!!! I am so friggin jealous.  I can see that alot of time was spent on working on a one room game, i just wonder what some of these people could do with a full length adventure.

I have great computer skills and am a decent artist, but i couldn't ever pull this kind of quality out within a one week time limit.

Great Job People.  I applaud you for your efforts.  ;D

When i clicked the third button, i was like uh-oh, what did i just do? Then i realized.............. ???

I just recently purchased the official Playstation Magazine the other day and it only had a video of this game.  But the video looked amazing.  The characters looked great and was in an art style i like.

I would really like to test this thing out (i have DSL) so i might as well download it.

Microsoft doesn't suck....  The Xbox is one killer game machine.

I don't always agree with what they do on the PC side of things, but i definitely don't hate MS.

Sorry, but none of them.  I used to like American Idol, but now it seems so boring and stale.

I do enjoy watching the auditions, but after that, it got really old for me.  I might be in the minority, but i like Simon.  I think he is the only reason that makes the show somewhat watchable.

I'd like to enter this, but when it comes to scripting, i have no idea what i'm doing.  I tried a small amount of scripting and was totally lost.  I've done test games with one room (w/o scripting) so it wouldn't be a problem, but everything else i couldn't do.

Oh well...... I guess i will just keep imagining the grand adventure i want to do in my head.

::) That probably wasn't called for. (i was talking about a guest post that was removed, not HillBilly's post)

I'm a Sierra person.  I was first introduced to adventure games by Kings Quest 1 when i was a kid, and my dad kept buying everyone after that for me, until i was able to purchase them myself.

When i first played KQ1 on the Tandy 1000, i knew that adventure games really meant something to me.  I couldn't believe i could control a character onscreen using a joystick.  I will always have fond memories of the Kings Quest Series.

I'm not really that religious, but i do believe in God.  I was saddened to hear the news today.

But i was more upset that one of my favorite comedians Mitch Hedberg passed away the other day.  He was really funny and i loved watching his stand up on Comedy Central.

I'm glad to hear that you are okay.  Cars can be replaced, human lives cannot.

I have dual airbags in my 1997 chevy lumina, and i'm always afraid that they will go off even if i'm not in an accident.  But i guess airbags do save lives (unfortunatly have taken some too).

The only accident i was ever in was on the way to work.  I was stopped making a left hand turn and this very, very old gentleman smacked right in back of me.  He said he never saw me, i was like duhh, you're friggen 80 something years old.  It cost $3,000 to get my car fixed (which his insurance payed).  But to this day, i'm afraid it will happen again.

I've been to about 3 or 4 sites tonight that had April Fools jokes that were a blast.  But now this year on the AGS forums, i feel left out.  But wouldn't it be funny if CJ had a way to rearrange everybody's avatars, so that each member would have someone elses avatar.  That would be hilarious, well maybe not, but i've been thinking about it.
