That voice is Microsoft Sam. He's one sexy Bitch.

No song from me, so please continue.

So far i like the background, but the window should have some depth. Right now it looks like the room is made of cardboard.Ã,  Try doing something with the TV set.
Otherwise, not looking too bad.

I found the moving thread again, and wanted to get it moving again.

Well, i bought myself a new computer a couple of weeks ago, and it certainly beats the crap out of my old computer.Ã,  But i seem to be brand loyal and have bought my 2nd emachine in a row.Ã,  My old computer couldn't run anything with its puny 96 MB of Ram and Intel Celeron Processor, so i had to go with an emachines T4852 computer with a P4 2.8 ghz, 512 MB Ram, 120 GB HD, one cd-rom drive, and one DVD drive.

Thank goodness for that $1,000 bonus i got from work or i wouldn't have bought this computer.

My favorite horror movie would have to be Children of the Corn.Ã,  This movie scared the crap out of me when i first saw it, and it still does the same thing to me many years later.Ã,  There is just something about this movie that i can't put my finger on and why it scares me so much.Ã,  Too bad the sequels, in my opinion really stunk.

Whenever i'm playing the game Silent Hill, i always think about Children of the Corn. Weird, hah?

oops, i forgot Creepshow 1 & 2

I bought a new computer a week ago and i get a weird smell when the computer is running. It smells like a mixture of plastic and something burning. But i do believe, from my last computer purchase that this smell is comparable to a New Car Smell and will eventually wear out.

But just incase, keep a fire extinguisher close by.  :)

I own this game, but my computer had a hard time running it. So when i get a better computer, i will reinstall it and play it again.

I at least got to see the first level, and the graphics are really sweet.

KaaZ,

Did that woman in your avatar finally die from sniffing that armpit for so long?

She no longer winks at me.Ã,  :)

Plus, she looks quite dead.

General Discussion / Re: Amiga

Back in the 80's my dad bought an Amiga for a hefty price. I loved that computer. It had great graphics and i had alot of fun with it.Ã,  We didn't have alot of software for it, but i still enjoyed using it.Ã,  I remember one program that would convert anything you typed into speech the computer would read back. It was so cool.Ã,  After awhile we just got bored with it, and nobody used it and eventually i sold it to some computer store for only 60 dollars.

Yeah, i was once a proud owner (well my dad was) of the Amiga computer.

General Discussion / Re: Beard and long hair!

I keep my hair short, but usually have a beard because i'm too damn lazy to shave.

Let's hope this thread doesn't turn into who has the most body hair.Ã,  :)

Looking out the front window of my apartment i see a messy commercial street with a house for sale across the street and a closed bar that is now for lease.Ã,  If i look out of the window in the hallway of my apartment, i see a run down old steel factory that closed many years ago and is in the process of being torn down and currently is a real eye sore.Ã,  I always tell people where i live is a big dump (because of the 1/2 torn down steel plant), and i know the property value of the building i live in can't be that high.

At one time, the street i lived on i think held a record for the most bars in this area. There are still alot of bars, but not as many as there used to be.Ã,  Also, the street i live on is home to a few biker bars, one even burned down a couple of months ago.

The Sierra we all knew and loved died when Roberta & Ken Williams sold the company.Ã,  That's what killed it.

I read an online interview with Roberta Williams, and her husband Ken Williams started up another company. But it will never achieve the status that the old Sierra ever achieved.

It is indeed sad.

Yep, it's possible.Ã,  8)

Also, i'm online, watching TV and being cooled by my air conditioner while my cat sleeps on my couch.

I stopped by my local EBgames on the way home from work today and picked up Syberia and Broken Sword for 20 bucks each for Xbox.Ã,  I haven't even played them yet, because i want to dedicate Sunday as Console Adventure Gaming Day.

I'm looking forward to it, and has anybody else here played these games yet, and what are your opinions on them.

Oh, and by the way, i bought Stupid Invaders on Ebay for the Dreamcast the other day and won't get it for a couple of weeks.Ã,  How is this game also?

Nothing beats playing an adventure game on your TV set.

I have Escape from Monkey Island PS2 version, but yet to finish it.

Thank You,

Shawn
