I listened to Weird Al's song about Ebay today at work, which was extremely funny.

It was a parody of a Backstreet Boys song.

I prefer Weird Al's version much better.  If you're an Ebay-er, you'll get a kick out of the song.

I downladed the AVI file, but all i could do was listen.  I tried to get the codec file (Div3x  or something like that) but it wouldn't download.

Poor me  :(

I loved the (fake?) accent though. It was funny.

That is the scariest movie i have ever seen.

Now, i'm going to have to sleep with the lights on.

edit: By scary, i meant the many faces of Katherine Harris. How disturbing

I just downloaded the game. Since i am the biggest Phil Collins & Genesis fan, you get an A++++ for using In the Air Tonight as the opening music to your game.

Now, i am off to play it.

Just downloaded and checked it out for a few minutes.  I can tell there was a lot of time and effort put into this project. I'll play it all this weekend when i get a chance.

Great Job!!

I totally forgot about this thread.

and i'm shocked that it moved.  :)

Well, not much to say except that i bought a PS2 game last Friday called Disaster Report which may be one of the best games i have ever played.

A friend and i stayed up all night playing it and taking turns. We finally beat it (well, i beat it) after 8 hours of game play.

If you own a PS2, and have a liking to games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill, then this is a game you should check out. I found it for 20 bucks (USA).

I know this may sound like an advert for Disaster Report, but i'm still shocked at how much i liked this game.

Oh, and for the weather in my neck of the woods. Some light snow and i think it was in the 30's today (F).  But on Friday, we were in the 60's.

It seems the online petition for Sam and Max is gaining some real momentum.

I think it was Saturday or Sunday when there was only 5000 sigs, but now that number has reached over 10,000 in just a couple of days.

Plus, everytime i check it, and refresh my browser. New names are popping up left and right.

It certainly is incomplete.

You should probably post this when you have spent more time on it.

Give the walls some color and/or texture, and the perspective on the desk needs some work.

Plus, the chair is way to small, it looks like a kiddie chair.

Give the BG some more time and attention and then show us how it turns out.

Not trying to be mean. But with some more time and patience, you can turn this into a great background.

Listening to Enigma: Return To Innocence right now.

I could listen to that song over and over again.

The only people that would have bought Sam and Max would have been Adventure Game activists, and those of us are here and make our own games. They figure they can cancel it, wait til we make it, and then sue us for copyright infringement.

Migs, you and Evil think alike.  :)

but not a bad idea though. Screw LucasArts

if they already started Sam and Max maybe they would be so generous to give it to us, so we could finish it and play it.  ;D

LucasArts is definetly going in the wrong direction. I agree with everything said, especially Remixor's email.  I would love to see the look in their eyes when they read that one, which they probably won't though.

I know LA came out with a game recently for the PS2 called Gladius which also tanked and from what i read, got bad scores all across the board.

about Gladius, i could be wrong. Videogames.com gave it an 8.4 out of 10, my bad

Roger is really cool, Roger and I hang out a couple of times a week at the local bar for a couple of beers.

I'd sure miss him if he left.

Seriously, i think he's fine the way he is for the beginner AGS user like myself.

Now, who shall enjoy the Onion Rings?

Now, i may never be able to order Onion Rings at the Burger King drive-thru without shedding a tear.

It was weird because i had seen a thread started by or locked by MrColossal, and then a couple of minutes later, the thread had just started.

oh, the damage to my brain, oh the damage.

heading off to watch Back To The Future
