Welcome back to AGS and the Forums Phil.  :)

I wish you the best of luck in your future adventure game making endeavors, because i know i do. I'm still coming to grips with everything AGS has to offer.

Well, i want to see some girl wearing a large Vagina costume. Then i'm jumping in head first. (head, as being head on top of neck with eyes and mouth and such)

how's this:

a downloadable xbox for the AGS which then can be downloaded to the PS2 for play on the PC?

i know it makes no sense, but its funny.

It seems that most movie's made into games are really terrible. Well, especially on consoles. But, it seems overall that most games made from movies are rushed to be released along side the movie. This brings games that are really buggy.
One example would be the Matrix game that came out for all three major consoles. This game got bad reviews and was loaded with all kinds of bugs, and sometimes the game would even crash.

I don't think i can recall one movie to game, that was rated really high.

btw, in Electronic Gaming Monthly, the new Terminator: Rise of the machines got some really pathetic scores. So maybe game developers should stick with original ideas.

I could go on, but i'm starting to get tired.

edit: there are a few good ones out there.

If you want scarey!! Play Silent Hill 1 through 3 for the PS2. The atmosphere those games portray is in my opinion some of the scariest ever. The imagry alone is scarey, and downright disturbing. I say check them out for a good spook.

I'm almost 31 years old, and playing Silent Hill 2 in the dark scared the piss out of me. So, that must be saying something.

Ciro Durán,

Very nice!! i downloaded this game last night, but didn't get to play much because it was getting late. But i have to say it was done very professionaly. I can't wait to play more of it.

edit: i finished the game (without any hints). I wanted more but it ended so quickly.  Looking forward to more of it.

Well, to be off topic again, i enjoyed Monkey 4, even though i have never finished the game. I'm still stuck on the boulders puzzle.  I have it for the PC and PS2, and played it mostly on the PS2.

DG was to busy hanging with the gorgeous ladies of Friends. I heard that he beat the crap out of Joey, Chandler and Ross.

Rachael's carrying DG's baby.

NeoPaint is an excellent paint program. I wish it had more features, but it gets the job done quite nicely.

I like the AGS world map, but too bad it couldn't be larger with a zoom feature. Where i posted in the north east United States, became a giant blur, because so many flags were posted there.

I couldn't even see myself in the mix of red and green flags.

edit: never mind, i see now there is a zoom, which i missed before

Back in the day, i actually thought those graphics were great. But now, what an eyesore.

Mixed Up Mother Goose also comes with the Kings Quest Collection, if i'm not mistaken.

look at how relaxed the moon looks, its funny.

Dr. Jekyll?~MR. HYDE!, I really like the Pontiac Grand Am you have in your background. I had one of them cars many years ago. You did a good job on it.

For the BG, right now its a bit baron, but with work, i'm sure it will be amazing.

Damn, now i want to drink some of that Fizzy drink stuff that makes you fly, and the only way down is to burp.

But, oh well, i never found the golden ticket in my candy bar. So i guess i'm stuck outside.

Well, the greatest adventure game of all time, i would have to say is Kings Quest IV.

I know its an old game, but to me its pure beauty.

Runner-up would be: Curse of Monkey Island

General Discussion / Re:treatment of ""noobs"
Tue 06/01/2004 00:21:34
I still consider myself a "Noob" in this forum, but i have to say that everybody has been really cool. I don't think there was an instance where i had a problem with anybody or anybody having a problem with me.

I'm hoping to become a permanent part of this community, and i check these forums every single day. It's addicting, and i like to see whats going on.

This has to be the friendliest forum that i've ever been a part of. There are other message boards out there, where no matter what you say, you get some smart ass taking shots at you. But here is totally different, and i have no complaints.  But the treatment of noobs here has been, shall i call 'World Class'.

Thank you.
