Wohow!  ???
What's the problem exactly ? To open your inventory, you're supposed to move your mouse on the top of the screen, and then click on the trousers icon...

Vu ton pseudo, je suppose que tu parles français ?

Beautiful drawing ! ;D  :o
I like how the Water God's skin is done.
Great job

Awesome ! Beautiful ! :o
Damn I'm Jealous!  ;D That's exactly the style of drawing which I like.
Aah I wish to be able to draw like that without having to recopy... :P

How have you practiced your art ? Art school  ? By yourself, all alone in your room everyday ? Tell me !

Hey! Beautiful work !!! :o

Don't hate me for this, but I think he still has something like guybrush (his face).
So I tried to make him look more serious (I also lengthened his legs), but now he looks older...

Mmh in fact it's not very good. Oh well.

Wow! Lot of good things in this new version, especially this one :
QuoteAdded "regions" as a new room area mask type.
;D Thanks a lot!

QuoteHopefully fixed crash in Win9x when trying to drag sprites -- let me know if this works. I've enabled the sprite manager as a drag source (which means you can drag the sprites out, but you won't be able to actually drop them anywhere). I'm hoping this will fix the crash.
Why not allow the user to drag sprites and drop them in a different folder when he need to reorganize sprites? Just an idea. ::)

Ah! A french game ! Great great, I really like the sketches, I'm looking forward for this one!

Oh ok. So if it is the same game as before, I should have said long time ago that I really loved the graphics, and the talking animations are very good. I even showed it to a friend, so that he could see what is possible to do with AGS.
If I remember correctly, the way outlines were drown made the graphics look like comics. Yeah, some backgrounds were also beautiful, like the forest-clearing background.
I haven't played a lot, because I didn't fully understand what the game was about, and why some locations were accesible.

I'm sure this game would be excellent if you finished it.
Good work

Mmh I remember having downloaded this game, the characters were still in developpement (The npc looked like the monkey island ones, as you said)... Haven't you posted another topic about it ? Oh and is this version the same as before ?

I think that if nobody replied, it was mainly because of the game size, and the fact it was still in a beta-test (Downloading 20 megs for a beta games was certainly dissuasive) . There where lot of games released between november and december, and your post was probably unnoticed.

Now, I tried to download the game, but without success. All I got is a 200ko corrupted file.

Wow ! Great !!! :)
The walk-cycle animation's very good! You did manage to make a realstic one.

I think the main character is, well, somewhat banal. It's not that he's badly drawn, not at all, I really like the sprites, but I think his head is a bit small, and not very expressive. He needs something... original.
Otherwise, about his colors, I prefere the sprite #1.
Oh and his clothes are cool!

Hey, can't wait to play a starwars adventure ! ;D

rokkinrobins, you are playing with the bugged version. You can find a savegame here : http://www.agsforums.com/yabb/index.php?board=5;action=display;threadid=4737

Quote1. The topics of dialog being left off or not: I had a hard time deciding what to do. I'd prefer that once the topic was selected it wouldn't appear again, but some players prefer the topic to be there in case they didn't read the lines of dialog the first time...
Yes of course we should be able to ask again the same question, but I think they should be turned off in a conversation, and then turned on the next time we talk to the same person.

Quote7. The "-..." in dialogs are strange!? - I never noticed them: I'll see why that happens!!?
Lol in fact there aren't any "-...". I just wanted to say that when we click on phil, there is a little "intro", and then the dialog start with "Hi Phil!" like if they haden't just met...

I finished the game yesterday, tried the 3 different endings (great great great), and I must say that I absolutely loved it !

Graphically, it's splendid. Although there were some anatomy mistakes, I really liked the characters design & style! Background architecture & colors also impressed me.

The puzzle were as hard as I like, cause there were a lot of them, and they weren't to much difficult. (I finished this game in something like 280 minutes...Wow! About 5 hours!)

And the story...Oh my! I like science-fiction stories (and I also like a lot Philip K Dick novels). I really appreciate when we can listen to somebody who's explaining scientific things.  ;D

May I now make some critics ? :)
Spoiler

-I think it would be better if we could interrupt cut-scenes, cause I hate having to wait until the title animation finish everytime I launch the game.
-When we chose a dialog option, this one should be turned off until next time.
-F9 for the menu isn't practicall in my opinion. ESC would be better.
-Change the music in the newspaper hall entrance!!!! It hurts my ears!
-I first thought that the coordinate we have to enter should be typed like this: "1945 15 288". It would be very helpful if the game accepts the code even with spaces between numbers.

Minor "bugs":
Spoiler

- There are some walkable area missing in the museum entrance hall (at the bottom of the screen)
- When a file is added or edited in the laptop after having chosen a dialog option, if we re-click on the same option, the "Doc added in laptop" appears again.
- After having rescued Collin, later in the game, when we speak with Phil, the conversation always begins with "-You did very good detective work[...]" and after that: "-Hi phil! -Hi susan.".
- I think Peter's cigarette should stop "smoking" in day 2.
- When we are in the other dimension, we don't have anymore objects. Ok. But when we got the device from Art, it isn't displayed in the inventory. We have to clic on the left button some times to see the object (light). The inventory should be updated everytime we lose an object I think.

Ok, I tell you again : This was an excellent game !  ;D
Thanks

You just have to download this excellent game during the night.
And 19Mo would take...what...only 70 minutes!
#199
Oh mY! I don't understand ! I thought I tried that ! Thanks! Now I can continue  ;D
#200
Argh, I'm stuck !!
Spoiler
How can I find the coordinate numbers I have to enter in the console ? I just need a little clue ! I tried with the numbers I found with the statue description (1945, 15, 288, etc) and I also tried to find a code in Art Mathus' message, but without success.
