Ooooo! This is from Just for Laughs!  It's a huge comedy festival in Montreal. (Thus explaining why he plays O Canada) The festival probably wouldn't have let the camera men get a look at the keyboard if it was fake.

Wow.Ã,  I didn't realize there would be people who didn't know that one.Ã,  It must be a Canadian thing. Here's the lyrics

I hope you will all be as annoyed listening to my Lt. Uhura voice as I was singing it.

If it wasn't real, they wouldn't have said it was coming out in August.Ã,  They would have said it was coming out in eleventy-gazillion years.

My suggestion is shading.
Poo-poo it if you must.
That would require laxatives.

Well, we need something unique, not these generic yellow faces ;)
What's wrong with generic yellow faces?  To be honest, I didn't realize that the smileys we had were Roger until someone mentioned it.  I thought they were supposed to be pirates wearing bandanas or something.

I do like Mr. Mandarb's boxy smileys, though.

I'd have to agree with big brother.Ã,  It's an awesome sprite, but it looks kind of... cute? Cartoony? And it would be a royal pain to animate.

I did a five minute paint over of an FOA sprite, using your design for a guide.

2x

That's just to get an idea about how it would look.Ã,  However, if you do choose to go with the original sprite, please please PLEASE lower the pecs.Ã,  You've put the bottom at the height where the top of the pectoral muscles would be.Ã,  The line should be drawn about halfway between the shoulder and the elbow, and the breastbone shading should line up with the elbow.

Three second edit. I moved the pecs down.Ã,

Now that that's out of the way, I'd like to say, that Clownery, isn't wearing a red nose! You are getting teached, how to do drama, how to stand in theatre, and doing mime-acts, and such on.

I was teasing. I actually know quite a bit about clownery.Ã,  I've even got some training in mime and slapstick.

However
* DragonRose uses a traditional Auguste-Whiteface interaction
doesn't get the point across nearly so neatly as honking an imaginary red nose.  :P

Well, outside my bedroom window, all I see is a bunch of maple leaves.  There's a lot of trees in my front yard, and they really get in the way of a nice view.

However, outside the window of the dining room, where my computer is temporarily residing, I can see my Dad's old green truck and my Dad's new blue truck (Ram 2500!). They're parked in front of the detatched garage, which has white siding and black asphalt shingles that Dad and I replaced last summer.  The backyard is quite large, and fenced in on two sides with a six foot tall fence.  Towards the back of the yard is the remains of a cement pool deck.  The pool was filled in a few years back, and is now a vegetable garden.  Parked on the pool deck is a flatbed trailer.

Oooo! And there's a bunny rabbit out there! Yaaaay!

"Tired of a bad image and low public opinion the police force went on a new recruitment drive and re-thaught their uniforms in an effort to 'update' their image. In the first month alone reported crime was up 350% but staggeringly a 1000% increase in arrests were made, with 2 in 3 criminals handing themselves in."

However, once the desk seargeants got their new uniforms, the amount of paperwork submitted in person dropped by a startling 95%.

Why did I draw this? It makes my eyes bleed.

To make a square/circle:

Use the square or circle selection tool.
Go to the paths menu
Click "Selection to path"
Click "Stroke path"
Fiddle around with the options there until you get a line you like.
Bob's your uncle!

General Discussion / Re: Canada's Election Day

I haven't actually headed over to the polling station yet (I've still got two hours!) but I'm definetly voting NDP.

For those of you not in the know, NDP is the New Democratic Party.  They're the lovely people that gave us universal health care, and are working on a plan to lower tuition costs for universities and increase spending on public educatioin.

Liberals are currently in power, and they're led by a man who was fired by the last PM, and is smack dab in the middle of a huge sponsorship scandal.

Conservatives want to ditch the Kyoto Accord, the Gun registry, and privatise health care.

Can anyone tell that I like the NDP?

PS: Happy Birthday, B-Tails!  Have a rock-awesome day.
