Messages - Dropped Monocle Games

#161
I played a little bit last night and had problems starting a new game even with the cursor set to the eye, I also had problems picking items up.
Maybe the pick up cursor could have a pointer or something, I had to keep clicking around to find the "sweet spot"
I did really like the art style, I hope you can polish this game up and I will give it another try :)

I am really impressed with all the games and I curse you all for entering the same months as our first game :P *shakes fist*
but really I enjoyed this MAGS so much, and just finished playing all the games!

Grundislav, I love your pixel art!

QuoteBug fixes are allowed, but only if they're necessary

I was about to add that I found a game breaking bug in Crankosaur, This is what I did before it froze

Spoiler
1. Went towards the people and they try to blow me up
2. snowballs fall
3. I attacked the snow balls destroying them
4. went back towards the people
5. the game acted like the snowballs were going to fall again but nothing happens and it stays stuck on loading!

Somewhere in the Aztec region of Central America, way back in time!
I think I have made improvements on what you pointed out...? I may start to try out colours

-I have moved the fireplace / coals up, Thank you Cat

-The path is narrower now, hoping this lines up better with what you said Anian

-Also added a lot more tress to the mountains, still not sure if it looks better or not, just can't seem to get my head around that part

-have smoothed the blockyness from the horizontal line in the foreground, I still wanted to keep the angles as that is the feel I'm going for

-I understand what you mean about the clouds now, pretty happy with them like this for now, may get rid of them and just have a open blue sky but that may make it look to boring!

Thank you again for the advice, and taking your time to help me and I'm going to keep working on it :D

Thank you for your advice!
This background is meant to have a cartoony aztec feel,
I have changed the size of the leaves by following that video and also the tree line, adding some trees and bushes on the mountains and hills to give it more of a random feel!
Don't really understand what you meant about the clouds, but I have tried to make them less crooked and added one then one!
I think the boulder looks better now using your advice as well as adding more things like grass and stones (but the first image was more of a concept that I was planning to add more too once I had the perspective fixed)
I would still like to know if the perspective here works?

Hey guys and gals, we have just started our first game and this is my first "real" try at making a background using my graphics tablet,
I would love some feedback on how I can improve on this (or how much you love my work?  ;))
I have never been very good at getting perspectives correct, so I'm unsure about the line of trees on the left and the boulder on the right.

Thanks
