This is just a thought but in the first picture with all the white squares, it'd be cool if all those were picture frames with pictures and stuff inside of them...just a thought, but I also like the lighting effects

Thanks to all. About you now quotd guy. I wanted them to be photos at the first place. Since this time I am gonna take my time before releasing it i'll try and put some photos.

The backgrounds are quite excellent and you must have pu a lot of work to get those results. However that druid character just does not look so good with those backgrounds. it just does not fit so well. It's not bad. Anyway , I am looking forward to playing your game. It's so Misty.

I was thinking of various music styles and i have decided that a jazz/soul/blues like music could be the perfect one for my game. Anyone offering to compose for me? Should I try for a different music style?

Dave Dell it is. Thanks for letting me know.

Hey, you got some cool tunes there. I don't know if they'll work in an adventure game though.

Anyway I like how you've used those like 256th notes or something (!!) to create muting for the guitar, sounds really cool.

I just fiddled with the piece a bit to show you how it could sound with drums and bass.

http://www.2dadventure.com/ags/swallowedit.mid

- Added in a really basic drum rhythm
- Added a really basic bass line
- Changed track 5 to a distortion guitar (so you have the distortion and overdrive playing at once)
- Shifted track 3 and track 5 to different speakers, to create a sort of stereo effect.

I didn't do much, just small things. I think it would sound really cool with a proper drumbeat and a good bass line.

Keep working on it!!

I love what you've done with it. Really rocks.

You can simplify the first code snippet to just:

Code: ags
sliderGamma.Enabled = System.SupportsGammaControl;

It works the same way, but it's simpler to write out.

The code I used was the following

if (System.SupportsGammaControl = true) {
    SystemGamma == sldGamma.Value
}
else
{
    sldGamma.Enabled = false;
}

Thanks all.

But yeah, Whitney's ex was the first guy that came to mind. Go back to Dave Dell.

Dell is also an inspiration from a song.
Running Down a Dream - Tom Petty

Lyrics
It was a beautiful day, the sun beat down
I had the radio on, I was drivin
The trees went by, me and del were singin
Little runaway, I was flyin

I should stop listening to music.

It works the same way as the music slider. You say, in the slider script, "SetGamma(sldGamma.Value)", or something of the sort. Adding a little check first to see if it's supported.

Thank you. I could not find the similar to SetMusicMasterVolume(sldvolume,value);
System gamma = ; did not work for obvious reason.

Since I am not quite familiar with GUi's code and functions I read all the help and tried quite a lot of stuff but it doesn't work the way I want to.

I need a slider to change the Gamma.
I've made the Music Slider but I can't make this one.

Please help.

I think your problem(since I've encountered it myself does not lie on font.)
Are you using a dialog GUI?

No offence but those Paint shop Pro light effects look terrible

Who's offended? The bar is really strange lightened I must admit.
