There's going to be some serious battling for the 'best animation' title at the next oscars...

I was actually pretty pleasantly surprised by some of the results. Especially with The Iron Giant, I'm one of the few people who managed to see that movie in the cinema. Despite Warners Brothers valiant attempts to stop me.

And although Futuramas place was pretty low compared to The Simpsons and Family Guy (neither of which I'm fantastically immensly crazy about at the monent). The cooments by the seemingly random celebrities were very complimentory. And they got Billy West. Hooray for Billy West!

Hooray. My un-unbirthday begun as 'The top 100 greatest cartoons' ended on Channel 4. Could this be a sign?

I gots me a Digital video camera, The Keane album, A can of coke and much munneh.

Well. I prefer the look of 2D over 3D so I'm going to go with that.
But both mediums have advantages...Advantages which have not been utilised very well in new 3D adventure games...

Wow...He really does go crazy with those 'oo' sounds doesn't he?

I've always loved the music in those Zelda games. Now with this window open and the video playing it's like listening to some kind of crazy remix with squeaky voices saying things like 'Hey, EXCUUUUUUUSE Me, Princess!'

Ahhh, it's almst enough to make me glad I'm far to young to possibly have any large amount of an emotional connection to this stuff.

Edit: I stand corrected. Turns out I'm JUST old enough. I actually recognise alot of this stuff...
I wonder if they'll get Skeleton Warriors anytime...
