Okay...The moment of truth.

I really, really liked Totoros but he ran ther last contest so it seems a little unfair...or overly fair depending on how you look at it...

I also liked Ashens if only for the second panel.

Pestys was also rathjer great and had a great catchphrase.

But, in the end, the winner is...POTTER!

This could either be really awesome or really bad news.

If we keep it awesome: We could walk around in war zones or in mars from the comfort of our own laboratory, we would never have to search through the sofa for the Tv remote again and there wouldn't be tht pesky problem when you have a great idea but then you forget it. You could just think it into your computer.

If it all goes unawesome: We could end up involving into gelatinous blobs who reply on machines for everything. Plus, if a computer can read activity in our brain, who's to say it can't go the othr way. What if the government makes all think we enjoy the music of Will Young! GAHH!!!

Welcome you all to the caption contest. You should all know the rules by now but in case you don't:
Download the image, fill in the speech bubbles, Upload it and post here. Thimple.

This weeks image is DRAWN, wh00t:

And I've coloured it already so there's one element of fun I've destroyed for you. Maybe there should be a colouring contest sometume...

Anyway, have fun. The winner starts up the next contest. Hopefully you'll have more luck with Google Image Search than me.

Yes, it would be nice they had them posing in a few different positions, though...
Rather than different models all standing in exactly the same way.

Cut down a massive tree by hypnotising a parrot to think it's a woodpecker. Then the old man can whittle a ship out of that.

And the octopus shouldn't just know where the map is. The map is inside the octopus, you need to get him to spit it out...

Yes.

Sorry to go against the majority opinion here, but I'm really not very good at computer games. In fact, I don't really like them. To me, adventure games are a way of presenting a story. If it's a good story I don't want it to stop just because I can't figure out to put three biscuits on my head blablabla.

Yes, I know there are some really well-designed games where everything takes exactly the right amount of time to solve and nothing gets boring and you don't mind getting stuck because the world of the game is so interesting but those are rare, at best.

I play a game, I explore everything, I talk to everyone and when I want to move on...I look up a walkthrough. I love that 'Yay! I solved a puzzle' feeling as much as any other person but more often than not, if I'm going to enjoy the game at all, I need a walkthrough.

torch does not necessarilly mean fire torch...
I'm thinking more along the lines of water getting into the battery compartment. But I guess in a game where you take down a guard with shiny shoes it's okay to suspend your disbelief. And as Radiant said; it might be a non-battery type torch that was made with witchcraft or possibly technology...
