Um...I don't have any crits. I just want to say; that picture is a really, really awesome picture and I love it and now I'm going to download your game because that's how awesome your drawing style is....

Ahem...

Oh yeah...and maybe you could try converting the lineart to vectors. I've seen some really awesome colouring done with vectorised lines...

Well, about the natural effects of building when they age...

I haven't a clue.

But you might want to try using more cold shades of colours and more prominent shadows.
Y'know a 'the building that nobody loves' feel.

Ooh! And how anout making the barrels dented so they bend over like old men.

By the way, don't listen to me; I can't for backgrounds for crap.

Try using less straight lines and elipsis and drawing something with the paint tool. It'll look more expressive...
